Stopped in here in February 2026 with business colleagues for dinner. Reservations required and recommended. Seating is limited and this place is consistently busy. Valet parking which is the easiest. Otherwise street parking which can be a hit or miss. The place has a charming ambiance. The bar area is set up just right. There are high tops and regular tables. Their dry aged meat selection is undeniable. Definitely an experience. It is not low cost so do not be surprised to spend quite a bit more that usual. The staff is great, service is perfect and the management checks in often. I would recommend this place for an intimate romantic date type dinner or a family type catch up or good friends dining over good win. There is a large room for larger groups so can host business events as well. The menu changes enough to keep it exciting and interesting. Highly recommended would stop in again for sure.
Delicious food and great service. Mostly seafood and steak. I ordered the short rib, the meat truly does just fall off the bone! Paired beautifully with the bed of mashed potatoes/roots. Complementary valet, just bring cash for tips. Definately ordering it again if we get to come back.

There is valet parking available, as well as street parking for those who prefer it. From the moment you enter, the experience feels refined and premium. The level of hospitality is impressive, starting with the welcoming reception. One of the standout visual elements is the meat-aging refrigerator, designed with spotless transparent glass that allows you to clearly see the cuts of beef inside. It immediately signals quality and attention to detail. The dining area itself enhances the luxurious feel. The tables are beautifully set, and the chairs are heavy, solid, and extremely comfortable, contributing to a sense of elegance and exclusivity. The open kitchen concept adds another layer to the experience you can observe the service flow and watch the chefs at work from almost anywhere in the restaurant. Sitting close to the bar is especially enjoyable, offering a front row view of the energy, precision, and coordination behind the scenes. The dishes, from the starters through to the desserts, are excellent. Every course feels carefully crafted and well executed. Of course, the true highlight is the meat flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly made from high-quality cuts. A particularly memorable element is the bone marrow served on a wooden cutting board alongside the steak. This presentation not only looks stunning but genuinely elevates the entire meal. It adds richness, depth and a unique touch that transforms dinner into a culinary experience. We’ve dined here several times over the years for various events, and every visit has been consistently enjoyable. Our latest experience was a bachelor party for six adults, totaling around $1000 and honestly worth every cent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an elevated dining experience, premium steaks, and a sophisticated ambiance.
Took the family out for the wife's birthday. Felipe, our server, was amazing. It is so hard to find quality service these days and this gentleman knocked it out of the park...made the meal very special. The cocktails, appetizers, steaks / mains, and desserts were all very, very good. Alex, the manager, stopped by to check on us as well. What a great evening and meal. 10 out of 10!
Dropped into Doris Metropolitan for our Father’s Day dinner after loving it on a previous visit with friends, and it was every bit as stellar as I remembered. We shared an assortment of perfectly cooked steaks—each one rested and seasoned just right—alongside several appetizers that vanished almost as soon as they hit the table. The presentation is still on another level here, and the staff kept our glasses of wine and beer flowing. Service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to see us enjoying ourselves. Outstanding food, flawless hospitality, and a vibe that turns “just dinner” into a special occasion—can’t wait for the next excuse to come back.
