Came on my bday for a quick dinner before night outing. I don’t get the complaints. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the oysters. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the ravioli was just the cherry on top. The bartender took great care of me and gave great recs. Lovely experience.

Food was good except my steak was rare opposed to medium so it was sent back. Waiter was not as attentive as he should have been. Ambiance and atmosphere were nice. Bartender and cocktails were great.

We travelled from Toronto, for the World Cup Game, and looked at the Top Steakhouses in Houston, Texas. Glad we chose Georgia James! Shanda our waitress was simply amazing! She welcomed us with her Southern Hospitality and made some great recommendations. We had the Chateaubriand which was superb! It was a perfect Medium rare! The Lobster Mac & Cheese was delicious, and the wine! We struck gold with the wine! Selected a Côtes du Rhône, and ended getting another bottle! Truly loved this place, they took us upstairs to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July! It was an incredible evening - Thank you!

We came for the second time during Houston Restaurant Week's and the food did not disappoint. The pork belly and waygu empanadas were to die for! My husband had the skirt steak and I had the beef tenderloin risotto. For dessert we had the peach cobbler and the chocolate mousse. Unfortunately, the service was a slow and the guy did not check on us often.

Pork belly: excellent. Steak: the toughest thing I’ve chewed in years, and I once ate airline chicken. Desserts: technically present. The dining room was also roughly the temperature of a car in July, so I got to sweat freely while wrestling with a very expensive piece of leather. One star to the pork belly, which deserves better colleagues.
