We came here to have a pre-Fathers day celebration. For the price and reputation of the place, I had high expectations and while everything was good, I wasn’t impressed. The complimentary onion bread was hot and tasty. I ordered from their Father’s Day special menu. My 16oz prime ribeye with garlic butter was good, but not melt in your mouth and eyes pop out good. I liked that it came with onion rings which were also good. My dessert was the chocolate cake which was not bad. I was quite curious about it since the name includes the word “legendary” but sadly, some legends should…anyways, it was okay. Estela was our server and she was awesome! She was knowledgeable about the menu and always checked on us. The dining area was low lit which gave a cozy, intimate setting.
We haven't been in a while. We typically go to restaurants to try multiple items on the menu. Everything was seasoned well and tasty. The only thing we missed was getting any bread. After we left we thought about it. We weren't offer any bread. Otherwise our service was great, atmosphere cozy, and food was great.
Celebrated 60th Birthday of several close friends. I had a delicious Side Car while waiting for my party to arrive. We were seated and pleasantly surprised to have 2 servers. The food was delicious with generous portions. I had the Salmon with carrots and broccolini which was perfect cooked. The service was a little slow but it was Saturday dinner time so understandable. Ended the night with dessert, creme brulee before heading home. No complaints. I will definitely be back.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse due to the negligence and lack of attentiveness from our server, Jade. Before ordering, I clearly provided a detailed list of my allergies, including my shellfish allergy. Proper protocol should have been followed by notifying the manager and chef to ensure my food was handled safely. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Fries were brought to my table that had been cooked in a mixed fryer with shellfish. Had I not double-check myself, this situation could have become life-threatening. What was even more alarming was Jade’s response after I explained that if I had eaten the fries, I could have ended up in the hospital. She stated that she had been “so busy” that she forgot to communicate my allergy information to the chef. That level of carelessness regarding a severe food allergy is completely unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one that presents itself as fine dining. On top of the serious allergy concern, Jade was barely attentive throughout the meal. She only came to the table twice — once to take our drink order and a second time to take appetizers and entrées. After that, there was essentially no service provided. To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a medium-char ribeye and instead received a steak cooked medium well. For a steakhouse of this caliber, getting the temperature wrong on a steak is disappointing on its own, but combined with the overall lack of attentiveness and safety concerns, it only added to the poor experience. What makes this even more unfortunate is that I fully intended on purchasing a bottle of wine and spending significantly more during our visit. Due to the poor service, that opportunity was completely lost. I do, however, want to give recognition where it’s deserved. A huge thank you to Aja, who was not even our assigned server, but continuously checked in on us and made sure we were okay. Her attentiveness and professionalism completely stood out, and because of that, she received a $100 tip — despite not even being our server. Jade unfortunately missed out on the opportunity to provide great hospitality and make a substantial sale simply because she was inattentive and failed to prioritize guest safety. After this experience, I would never return to an establishment with such poor training and lack of proper allergy safety protocols. If you have severe food allergies, I absolutely would not recommend dining here, as this experience showed a concerning disregard for customer safety.
Absolutely exceptional. The Australian Kobe at Morton’s was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had — incredibly tender, perfectly marbled, and cooked exactly to temperature. Every bite melted in your mouth and was packed with rich, buttery flavor. The service was polished and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true special-occasion dinner. A flawless steakhouse experience from start to finish.
