My husband took his coworkers out to eat after a long hot day of work 6/25/26 around 7:30pm. They started off by ordering beers and 2 appetizers. Said the manager had gone up to them multiple times. 1st to check their id's (which was fine they are legal) and then as they were waiting for their food to come out. The manager goes up to them again to inquire how many drinks they've had. Which at this point was only 2 going on 3 drinks. The manager brought up company policies and what not... But the whole time my husband said the manager stayed close by watching them the whole time when there were clearly other people dining and he never went up to any of them to pressure them about their company policy. My husband finally spoke up to the manager asking him why he was pressuring them only. And was starting to take it personal. He said the food was good but the manager ruined their meal by how they were being treated. The nice waitress apologized for the managers behavior if that tells you anything. Based off my husbands experience, he will not be going back. He'd rather give his money to another business well deserved. But I told him I would write up a review so this doesn't happen to another group of people. Do better training your managers before they ruin ur establishment...

We came for my mother in law’s birthday on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm and the service was extremely slow and horrible. There was no organization and they forgot about our table for over an hour. It was an extremely exhausting experience and all 9 of us agreed that we won’t be back. It wasn’t worth the hassle. They brought the checks out wrong and we had to continually ask for everything. From water to fresh bread as we waited over an hour to get our orders taken. They served plenty of tables before us. If not for the gratuity they would not have received a tip. Management like to talk and make excuses. He said that if we would have complained immediately then he could fix the checks but because we waited til our food was out there was nothing he could do, it was so many things wrong again, exhausting. We’re just now being checked out at 6pm! Update: I was contacted by management with and apology/excuse and was told I would be accommodated for some of one of my bills on 1/29/26. However I have received nothing as promised. Do with this information as you please because it seems that it will not get better and they don’t care. I was hoping to go back and have a better experience and update my review. But the higher ups don’t seem to care about the customer service aspect of the restaurant either. As of 2/17/26. Being that I’m in the customer care industry I’m greateful to have learned so much of what not to do and how not to treat people. My clients would never feel like I don’t care. I can only pray that management gets it together or it will not last.

I had a pretty good time at this place. If it wasn't for my friend celebrating his birthday here, I probably wouldn't have made it here lol 🤣 I will say I love the decorations here. I felt like a hunter and a strong man. The food I had was great and the staff was really nice. For those who enjoy a good piece of meat and great service, this is the place for you. 🤠

Very thorough, absolutely great customer service. This is how all service related places should be. The effort is definitely noticed. Don't be afraid to ask questions, or be random, they may have what you ask for. I asked if they had cinnamon to add to the butter. They said we have it already in it, and went and got some. Definitely ask for Cinnamon butter! I also asked to be seated in a corner, and it was available. I imagine because people care more to watch tv. Just do it! Thank me later. I had the 20oz Prime rib with Urban topping (lemon butter, green onions, and shrimp) Asparagus Potato soup 3 loaves of bread with cinnamon butter 4 glasses of coke and 3 glasses of water. They brought a pitcher so that I could refill my own water.
