This was my first time to the salt grass and I must say for a chain restaurant. I was very impressed. The interior decor and atmosphere were amazing and the wait staff was incredible. Our Waitress Kimberly was very attentive and her service was excellent. The food was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned.

As a Saltgrass member, I really thought about writing this but it has really took a toll on me and made me worry for the rest of the future guest. The way me and my spouse were treated here by this lady’s behavior and attitude was so condescending, rude, argumentative mean stares and problem causing with only a split second of entering this facility. We came in with smiles, kind respectful tone, and good spirits and she crushed our spirits completely. First words with each other were just so awkward. She even assumed the man before us would want to sit at the bar which I assumed is because of a racist stereotype. He even seemed stunned by the assumption and just shook his head no. Even I was like “😱😯” in my head. Even after us, the way she spoke to this man in the picture was appalling. The 4 minute interaction with this woman was dreadful, it really ruined my dinner time with my spouse and we usually are the type to see the best in a situation but this lady was just so uncomfortable, unhinged, and unacceptable. Manager is kind, I really regret not speaking to him the day of but I wanted to be kind and just let it go but my god it really ruined mine and my spouses afternoon out which was supposed to be a happy enjoyable experience. My appetite was ruined and it was just so awkward afterwards. I’ve never been treated the way this lady was being for absolutely no reason at all. As a member, I’m really disappointed in this experience.

I went over here just recently for dinner after a family’s member graduation, it was great! Service especially, wanna give a big thanks for “Reagan”, she was so nice and made me feel seen! Thank you for the service and food. Amazing service and food like always, always my top first restaurant 🥹

We were wondering what happened to server because she just disappeared after taking our orders. At some point maybe 40 minutes we started to have so may server come to us to replace her, we weren’t sure who was as our main one. We had no wait for the table but the food was a different thing. Overall the food was good when we finally got it.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this young lady Mari truly deserves the recognition. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive while I was meeting with my clients. She is clearly very well trained, knowledgeable, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on all of us. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and it's refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience. Keep up the outstanding work!
