Great service from start to finish. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, just the way we ordered them. The kids really enjoyed their meals, and we enjoyed ours as well — everything came together nicely, and it was one of those meals where everyone at the table was happy. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, making it a great spot for a family meal. Dessert was the perfect ending. The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was my favorite, and we also ordered the cheesecake, which the whole family loved. Overall, a wonderful dining experience and a place we’d happily visit again.

I went to Saltgrass Steak House today during lunch with a coworker, and I was very disappointed with the service. I paid cash and clearly told the waiter that I needed my change back, yet he never returned with it. Instead, he avoided coming back to the table and basically decided his own tip amount without my permission. That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Tips should be earned and left at the customer’s discretion not assumed or kept without consent. We ended up having to leave because our Uber was waiting, and unfortunately we didn’t have time to continue addressing it there. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression on me. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and proper service.

I forgot our server name but he did well. But Saltgrass yall got to do better with this. This is just a little bigger than my finger. Yall charged $25+ for this salmon finger.

Everything in this restaurant is wonderful.From the moment you enter you feel an excellent 100% Texan atmosphere.The service of Cody He made the experience much better,And the food is at a spectacular level, I love the taste of its meat, the taste and smell of the soup, salads. Everything is wonderful.A place really you have to visit yes or yes. Prometo volver. 🤤

The service was top notch. Today is Friday April 10th at 230 pm. I didn't catch her name but the hostess was our introduction to the amazing service we received, she had on a blue blouse and was so sweet. Daniel was our server and he was so polite, funny and efficient. Great service. Stormy was not our server but she went out her way to satisfy a concern. I ordered a wedge salad and im used to blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes but this one was so different. While good it wasn't my preference. She offered to remake it but I did not want to make a big deal as im sure others love the salad, it was just too different for me. It was removed from my table and bill. She was apologetic which wasn't necessary just apart of the overall service culture I could only assume. I would and will be back just for the service alone. The food was great and fresh. 10/10 for sure. It's been a while since I've had service so good I had to tell a manager. Saltgrass in Katy, we'll done
