Great service from start to finish. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, just the way we ordered them. The kids really enjoyed their meals, and we enjoyed ours as well — everything came together nicely, and it was one of those meals where everyone at the table was happy. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, making it a great spot for a family meal. Dessert was the perfect ending. The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was my favorite, and we also ordered the cheesecake, which the whole family loved. Overall, a wonderful dining experience and a place we’d happily visit again.

I went to Saltgrass Steak House today during lunch with a coworker, and I was very disappointed with the service. I paid cash and clearly told the waiter that I needed my change back, yet he never returned with it. Instead, he avoided coming back to the table and basically decided his own tip amount without my permission. That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Tips should be earned and left at the customer’s discretion not assumed or kept without consent. We ended up having to leave because our Uber was waiting, and unfortunately we didn’t have time to continue addressing it there. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression on me. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and proper service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saltgrass, and I felt compelled to leave a review because EVERYTHING was done right from start to finish. First, the service was outstanding. From the Hostess to my server, LaDarryl, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and truly elevated my dining experience. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I also want to recognize Kelly, the manager, who was welcoming and present on the floor. It’s always refreshing to see management actively involved and ensuring guests are well taken care of. The food was delicious — cooked perfectly, well-seasoned, and served hot and fresh. Exactly what you hope for when dining at Saltgrass. Lastly, the restrooms were impressively clean, which says a lot about the overall care and standards of the restaurant. Clean facilities always make a big difference and don’t go unnoticed. Thank you to LaDarryl, Kelly, and the entire team for such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this location to others!

Sudan is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had at Saltgrass Steakhouse. From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my experience was perfect. My drinks were always made exactly right and never took long, even when it was busy. What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism. She made great conversation, remembered what I was drinking, and made me feel like a valued guest instead of just another customer. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it truly shows. If you’re sitting at the bar, ask for Sudan—you won’t be disappointed. She made my visit so much better, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I forgot our server name but he did well. But Saltgrass yall got to do better with this. This is just a little bigger than my finger. Yall charged $25+ for this salmon finger.
