Our Server was attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Steak wasn't cooked as we liked it, However they corrected it immediately to our satisfaction. This is a Family friendly environment. I recommend bringing your loved one on their Birthday. They make a great experience and an amazing memorable moment for you and your family. Food overall experience Best flawless Burger I tasted so far.Patty was cooked perfectly sizzling and juicy. Steak was thick and medium rare. Needed a little more cooked at first but after addressing it they corrected it and cooked it to liking right away.

This place is amazing. If you’re in town you have to go. Not only was the food great but the experience was incredible. It felt like a guided premium journey. They took us to the butcher shop to pick our steaks. They gave us a tour of the salad bar. They never rushed us. It was so good. I really enjoyed the salad bar and variety of breads. The New York strip steak was cooked just right and the sweet potato hit the spot. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and had a great time.

Dinner My wife and I and our two grandkids had an amazing experience at Taste Of Texas in Houston, TX for our 39 anniversary (I found this restaurant on YouTube) and we visited all the way from Charlotte, North Carolina. This was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent, our server was top notch and helped us with the many questions we had about the menu. As far as the food, once again top notch! We ordered the Tomahawk Ribeye, Steamed Lobster, Crab Meat and 6 ounce Center Cut Filet (Include Salad Bar & Homemade Breads) our server took us to the butcher shop to pick our steaks, tour of the salad bar. Everything tasted great (my grandkids were very picky but he finished his meal and said delicious food)! From start to finish, Taste of Texas made our 39 years anniversary memorable with free Dessert & Card. For an added touch of service, everyone who greeted us: the hostess, our waiter, the manager who stopped and checked on us and the gentleman who brought our entrees out: all wished us a happy anniversary and helped us take good looking pictures (see pictures). Simply one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! A friend recommended that I come here! I was by myself so sat at the bar with Bobby and Anthony. They are some great humans and have incredible service skills and great personalities!!!! Bobby is so genuine and kind and has been there 8 years and Anthony has been there 18 years and that says something! They took very good care of me my entire visit, made good drinks and made excellent recommendations! Every staff member I had any small or large interaction with was excellent!!! I was able to pick out my own steak from the butcher which you can if you choose to! They also personally escort you to the salad bar to share what they have to offer and you can make a plate with anything you like! The environment is simply aesthetic, calming, relaxing and enjoyable and people like those whose work here simply make it so much more of an experience! There is a lot of decor and history to enjoy on the walls as well! Parking is only hard due to them being so busy! If I was local I’d eat here all the time and I’ll be back for sure every time I visit! Absolutely an incredible experience I can’t say enough good things about!!!! Loved it and the food was incredible!

One of my absolute favorite restaurant experiences ever! Went for a birthday celebration dinner. We started with the quail bites. We also ordered ribeye steaks, one of the most flavorful steaks I’ve ever eaten. The coolest part about the steaks are you can select chef’s choice for your cut or you can go back in the kitchen and select your cut yourself. We added the lobster, which they import from South Africa. I prefer this lobster flavor profile over those out of the North Atlantic. Both are great, I just favor the African lobsters. Our sides includes the Mac n Cheese, which was one of a kind and absolutely delicious. We added the key lime pie and snickers pie for our desserts. Both were incredible. The atmosphere is so cool. The place is covered in Texas history. You are able to walk around and look at all the artwork and articles. Coupled with their level of service, it makes the entire experience top notch. I could recommend this place any more.
