I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the greeting, seating, food and customer service. The ice cream dessert was really good. The host was very attentive to the table and made sure we all was good. The bathroom was beautiful including the overall restaurant. I will return again very soon. Thanks for the top tier EXCELLENT service!

I went there with two of my friends. The steaks didn’t come out to the temperature we wanted so they had to do a redo for them. My steak went from almost well done to rare. But that’s not the biggest issue, the taste was. I thought the steaks will come out as high quality meat but I simply would say I had way better. The high price is not even close to the low quality meat I had. I was really disappointed as I was so exited to try this place.

Everything was absolutely amazing! My new favorite Steakhouse in Houston! Elegance in every corner, perfect customer service, food is just divine, decor is delightful, I am practically in love with this restaurant! Beautiful Bar, the dining area is cozy and intimate, private room for 2 for special occasions, perfect place for every occasion. Special note: when you go to the powder room, outside there is a server with a small cart serving complimentary Champaign, what a beautiful touch! At the Bar, Luca is your best friend, he is an amazing bartender and knows the menu to the T! Make sure you make a reservation! Prices per person are $$$, and they have valet. Turner’s Cut is the definition of perfect food, service and elegance.

Positives: My favorite dish was the salmon (1st course) so fresh I loved it. My steak was nice as well. My least favorite dishes were the quail and the desserts. This place does deserve 5 stars, amazing service and ambience. I was cold and someone offered me a cardigan (he also gave us an option to switch tables). My complaints aren’t to paint a bad picture 😅 As I did have a great experience. Negatives: waiter was explaining the 5 course menu and I knew that every alternate option he was saying was an extra price, (its written there on the menu) however my boyfriend did not… 😂😂and so he ended up getting all the alternatives that the waiter was suggesting not knowing it was an up charge. Examples were instead of wagyu he got Kobe and that was +$180 (on top the $175 fixed price for the 5 course menu) he got caviar +$45 and he really wanted scallops that was also an additional cost. He is a very picky eater and ended up not liking not 1 of his dishes except the gnocchi. He went to burger joint after his technically 6 course menu. Maybe it’s unethical for the Waiter to discuss prices? but it could help if he’s listing out the alternatives to say that it’s extra. Since my bf was barely eating his food, they kept asking if he wanted to take it to go, he said no. At some point I stepped in and said yes he does want to take it home but he jumped in and said no again… also something that we didn’t like was the busser staring directly into us. He was sharp and polite but just a little uncomfortable. He ended up tipping really well even though he hated everything and was upset at all the up-charges. (I had told him that all the things he asked for were extra but his issue was that he didn’t like it, so for him it was wasted money) Huge pro: i love that they customize espresso martinis and even shine the flashlight 🔦 for you to take a cute picture.
