We love this swim school. My daughter started going here about five months ago and we have had only a fantastic time. She was in the starfish program. Her progress in the five months we were enrolled was phenomenal. She went from being absolutely water-terrified (no thanks to the bad experiences we had in prior swim schools) to jumping in the water for humpty-dumpty. The coaches - Circe, Mela, Melissa and Jocelyn were amazing and so patient, encouraging and playful with her. The owner/manager Amber was so fantastic and helpful as well. We were very sad to leave because we were relocating to a different city but we quickly found another BSC there and they would even transfer my daughter’s progress to the new school so that she can continue her lessons seamlessly. I can’t recommend this school highly enough. Absolutely love them!

I'm so excited to leave a review for BSS Yale location. My 6yo started taking classes after months of no progress at Goldfish Swim School. The instructors were very experienced and focused. She quickly learned the survival skills I was most anxious for her to learn. Definitely recommend BSS for anyone needing swim lessons. My only request is that they offer classes at more locations in town!

Our son attended the swim school aged 5, he could already keep his head above water but the school taught him different strokes, pool safety and really improved his confidence in the water. Small class sizes, just 2-4 on most sessions, meant he received a lot of contact time. Instructors were great, consistent staffing throughout (not the case at other places we’ve been) and nice pool inside the fitness club. We live in the Heights so a great pool location for us with plenty of parking. Tip: take headphones as the kids get loud!

Best investment for our kid. She started when she was about a year old. She absolutely loves it and adores her swim instructors. They are all knowledgeable and great with the techniques they use to let the little ones gain confidence and have fun. Absolutely recommended it!

We love British swim school. Our son had so much fun learning new skills and he is more confident in the water. I recommend them to all my friends with children. The ladies teaching are amazing and gave so many great tips and feedback to help ensure he continues to progress over the summer when we are swimming at pools and in the ocean. The best swim school we’ve been to. Thanks!!
