Aesthetically cute but definitely could be a lot more cleaner, especially the pool. The furniture/decorative pillows are not clean or comfortable.

We frequent this place often, so this weekend was a massive shock. We were literally left wondering if ownership changed because the vibe has completely tanked.The experience inside was terrible. A regular member of the security staff (looks like he has a broken nose or something) was unusually rude and hostile. He seemed to be taking his bad mood out on us, going out of his way to individually antagonize three different people in our party in separate instances once we were inside.Things only got worse throughout the day. Several subtle microaggressions happened to us from the security staff in separate instances inside the venue, which we only realized were a common theme once we left and compared notes as a group. On top of that, the DJ was trash. They purposefully played music absolutely nobody in the pool identified with. Usually, a tip helps turn the music around, but it didn't do a thing. The atmosphere actually improved the second the DJ walked away and left the pool alone.Terrible staff behavior and awful entertainment choices ruined what used to be a great local spot. Several people in our group have already stated they will never go back. Management needs to look into the security team and entertainment bookings immediately because this is a massive liability to the business.

Really enjoyed the experience! Would definitely go back; however, I think cover is a bit high for what you get considering the location and overall quality of the space. If there was a live DJ it would have been a different story. I went for Sunday Funday and figured it would be a bit more ambient. Great drinks, friendly and fun employees, and really great business concept! 10/10 would go back with the hope to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

My friend and I dropped the kids off at school and decided to spend the afternoon at El Segundo. Got there early, picked our spot, and had a very relaxing rest of the day. We stayed until closing bc they had free hotdogs that day and drinks were reasonably priced and yummy. Restrooms are clean (very important) and the ambiance was fun. I took a speaker but didn't use it bc their playlist was good and they also had a dj for a few hours. Will definitely go again.

This place was great except for the DJ acting like it was beneath her when I asked if she could throw any hiphop songs into the mix. The crowd was very diverse. It’s one thing to say it’s not allowed. It’s another thing to act like you’re too good for it or make me feel like I was less than for asking.
