We have been at Emler since February. My daughter went from being afraid of getting her face wet to now swimming independently and loving learning swimming techniques. She looks forward to going each week. She tells everyone about the coaches. Every coach we have met/worked with has been friendly, supportive, and positively encourages the kids to progress. Fernando is an excellent manager. I’ve been impressed several times with how he has handled situations out of his control. He is very respectful, communicates well, and leads by great example! We recommend Emler to everyone!

Prior to Emler, my son (3yr old) didn’t want to back float and didn’t like to kick. After working with Ms. Ty for a couple months now, he can float better than many adults. He started showing signs of being a strong swimmer, and Ms. Ty creates an environment where my son is always eager to swim. All instructors are amazing, Mr. Fernando has taught a few make up classes, and they seem very well capable of handling toddlers. Ms. Jasmine has always bern ultra helpful, and the whole staff remembered us by name within the first month. Highly recommend to any parent wanting basics for their infant or toddler. A plus, Great Customer service all around.

My daughter absolutely loves swimming! The instructors have done an amazing job teaching her water safety and helping her build confidence in the water. As a parent, it gives me such peace of mind knowing she's learning the proper skills to stay safe while having fun. We're so grateful for the patience, knowledge, and encouragement she's received. I highly recommend this program!

One week of lessons with Emily, Preston, Ty, Sarah, and Toby has given my kids more confidence and skills in the water. The improvement is HUGE in a short amount of time. I cannot speak highly enough of the patience, kindness, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service we experienced. I really really want to thank Emily for all her scheduling help and professionalism. Just an awesome group of teachers here who are all great with kids of all ages. Thank you!!

UPDATE: The manager Jazmin reached out to me very swiftly to address my concerns with the location. She said she was going to see to it that the issues get fixed and by our next swim class the glass and other issues had been addressed. Thanks Jazmin for making sure the location looks great and your team members are taken care of. You’re the best! I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and I’ve definitely noticed the decline in the quality of care of this location. The HVAC has gone out multiple times during the summer and as of this review has yet to be fixed. I feel sorry for the staff and parents who are watching their children having to deal with those conditions. They have a broken glass panel that poses a safety risk. Facility care is definitely not up to standard for the area it’s in. Definitely considering switching to another school in the area.
