We love this place! It’s huge, it’s clean, there’s lots of parking, and the instructors really care. Sam who runs it all is phenomenal and always is willing to accommodate and work with families. Our favorite instructors are Dominic, Maya, Timothy, and Ernie! This feels like the first swim school that really cares about our kids advancing.

My boys love this place! They always have a great time here! Things are very organized & the amazing ladies who work at the front desk (Amber, Denise, Shelby & Yuli ) make it even better! Very understanding, very customer driven, very helpful with rescheduling and going out of their way to help out in every way possible! Very warm and welcoming at all times as well! The support was probably the best experience we had here. The instructors are also very patient, encouraging and fabulous with the kids! Timothy, who was one my son’s favorite instructors always gave feedback which I absolutely loved! Really appreciate all of you! And will highly recommend this place anytime!❤️

We had a fantastic experience with Goldfish Swim School and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What really stood out was their clear two-way feedback system. The instructors consistently kept us informed about our child’s progress while also listening to our input, which made the learning journey very collaborative and reassuring. We also love how they motivate the kids—awarding certificates is such a great way to celebrate milestones and build confidence. The facility itself is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for both children and parents to feel comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place for kids to learn and grow in swimming!

My son recently started lessons at Goldfish Swim School, and his first class was a great experience. The instructor he had on his first day was patient, encouraging, and made him feel comfortable. Unfortunately, his second class was completely different. My son came out of the lesson visibly upset and crying. He told me that two other children in his group were calling him names, telling him he was “gay,” calling him stupid, threatening to break his leg if he didn’t do what they said, and making him feel singled out because he is a beginner swimmer. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see him so upset. This is an 8-year-old child who was already nervous about learning how to swim, and instead of feeling supported, he left feeling embarrassed and discouraged. I immediately spoke with management, and while they assured me they would address the situation, I was disappointed by the overall handling of the incident. I don’t feel enough was done to ensure my child felt safe or comfortable returning. It also raises concerns about whether other children may have experienced similar treatment and been too afraid to speak up. We enrolled because we wanted a positive environment where beginners could build confidence and learn. Instead, after only his second class, my son no longer wants to return. At this point, I am considering requesting a refund because I don’t feel comfortable continuing lessons after this experience. I hope the school takes incidents like this seriously and does more to ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and supported during class.

I’m going to be very honest. Do not bring your children here to swim. I have heard not great things about Goldfish, such as the instructors and lifeguards being young/in high school. I very much agree. Feels like the instructors are just there just because. I honestly would rather teach my child how to swim myself rather than bringing them here, I’d be saving 50 a week anyways.
