Amazing staff and teachers. We have had only a wonderful expierence with the exceptional staff and instructors at Goldfish swim school. They are always patient kind and ensuring our daughter is moving forwards and meeting her goals. They have helped cater to her learning style to ensure she is successful in learning to swim. She looks forward to her classes more than anything else. Highly recommend starting this journey to ensure your child's safety near the water!! Could not have made a better choice with this establishment.

Jacob has been amazing with our 3-year-old son! In such a short amount of time, we’ve seen a huge improvement in his confidence and skills in the water. We feel so much more comfortable around water and feel safe to bring our child to the pool or the beach! Jacob is patient, encouraging, and makes every lesson fun. He has a great way of making kids feel comfortable while still helping them learn and progress. We’re honestly impressed by how much our son has improved already, and we know that’s a direct result of Jacob’s teaching. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a swim instructor for their little one! We are also extremely happy with how great the team is at goldfish, everyone has been great, and the managers have worked with us every step of the way that helped benefit our child’s progress!

We just joined Goldfish a few weeks ago, and although our daughter has had swim lessons on and off with other companies, Goldfish is by far the best we’ve experienced! They started right away with the basics and didn’t waste time! Our daughter has shown already in the 3 classes she’s taken an amount of confidence and is just shy of swimming on her own! We’re confident by the summer, she will be swimming by herself and we can’t thank her coach enough! I also want to mention that I love at the end of each class, the coach takes about a minute or two to speak to each parent about their strengths from that swim class! We’re so happy we found Goldfish! :)

We cannot say enough great things about Arsh Faisal and Areesha Faisal at Goldfish Swim School in Sugar Land! Both of them have played a huge role in helping our son and daughter become confident swimmers. They are incredibly patient, encouraging, and genuinely care about each child’s progress. We especially appreciate the kindness and patience they showed our daughter, who doesn’t understand English very well since we don’t speak it at home. They always found ways to communicate effectively, make her feel comfortable, and build her confidence in the water. Arsh has since moved to the front desk, and she has been just as amazing in her new role. She is always welcoming, takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, explains the latest pricing and membership options with patience, and goes out of her way to help us schedule extra classes that fit our family’s busy schedule. Her customer service is truly outstanding. Areesha is an exceptional instructor who makes every lesson engaging, fun, and productive. Her calm and positive approach has helped our children improve their swimming skills tremendously. Thank you, Arsh and Areesha, for your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. My daughter and son have been attending Goldfish Swim School in Sugar Land for over a year, and our experience has been excellent. The management team, front desk staff, and instructors are always friendly, professional, and very cooperative. There was one occasion when I wasn't completely satisfied with an instructor. I mentioned my concern to the front desk, and they immediately addressed it by changing the instructor and ensuring my children were placed with a better fit. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this location. The staff truly care about the students and their progress. I highly recommend Goldfish Swim School Sugar Land to any family looking for a great swim program for their children.
