Excellent queso birria tacos. Made like I had it in Jalisco. Flat. The taco gets crispy when cooked flat in the consume'. Seems cooked slow and long, unlike most birria you get in the USA these days - not slow cooked, too chunky, and the tacos too cheesy.
Generous portions and delicious birria. Our order was ready within 5 minutes of ordering and staff was very friendly.
Ate it at 8th wonder bar! The portions are great! I got some for me and my kids but the birria was too spicy for them, so not kid friendly at least my kids. The staff was friendly and were very apologetic about them taking so long. With that being said be prepared to wait. But they are real good! The agua de Jamaica is also really good!

Actually came here looking for a different food truck but there was only this birria truck so we tried it. Got Mulitas with beef. I liked it a lot but it was too spicy for my wife though. And, this food went great with a beer from the brewery. There is outside seating so it would be a nice place for events when they have them. Too bad it was a rainy day this time.
