A great late night taco spot with patio seating! The steak and eggs breakfast taco was my favorite and the carne asada is good as well. Their green salsa is a must on the tacos!!
A Houston staple for solid Latin inspired cuisine and a great patio to watch the city bustle by. Super fast service, reasonable sized parking lot and friendly staff. If you’re up for it, splurge and get an entire pound of guacamole for the table. If you’re in the area you should stop in. You’ll be happy you did. 🌯
Tried this spot for breakfast tacos and was honestly impressed. The menu is simple but solid, and everything is made with good flavor combinations. I went with a couple tacos and liked that you can mix and match toppings like bacon, chorizo, egg, and avocado without overcomplicating things. The barbacoa taco stood out, and the steak and eggs option is a good choice if you want something a little more filling. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion size. I also like that they serve breakfast all day, which is a big plus. The burritos look loaded too, especially with fries and queso included. Overall, good spot if you’re looking for straightforward, flavorful breakfast tacos without the hype. Would definitely come back.
Looking for a hip spot to eat after midnight but don’t feel like experiencing what it is like to eat a meal in prison by going to ihop or whataburger? Well, look no further: this is your spot. GREAT tacos. I’ve heard the burgers are good (but haven’t tried them as they don’t look appetizing and could use a leafy green or two before their next photo shoot.)The Mezcal marg is essential. but the BEST part is definitely: the MUSIC. Nonstop tropical up in this ma’. Don’t come here expecting to tap ur foot to the 1 & the 3; it’s all clave in this bish. The up beat of 2 and the down beat of 4 reign supreme over the airwaves as you await ur food. The tumbao and montunos are slammin and you might even be blessed enough to hear Hector Lavoe catch a corro that seems too smooth to be true. I’m so white/Caucasian that it’s honestly crazy, but I love Latin music and the people that make it. The food is good but it is the vibe that has prompted me to leave this review. It’s great.
Service was good, meat was good with flavor but the tortillas weren't good so I got this missed matched flavor. Also, I don't know if there was a language barrier or what happened that I didn't get my food the way I order it 😢 I asked for extra onion and cilantro and barely got any 😞
