I would love to give Toca Madera a 10/10, but first, a fun fact! Back in July of 2024, I was walking past the restaurant and decided to check it out. I had no idea there were ground-level ponds outside, and I ended up falling in! Thankfully, when I finally visited for dinner in 2026, they had added fences so a big thank you for that! Now, onto the actual experience. This place is absolutely beautiful, and it was worth every dollar my significant other spent. The ambiance is incredible, making it the perfect spot for a date night. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant and inviting, and everything about the evening felt perfect. I would definitely recommend Toca Madera and can’t wait to go back!
DJ and Donald are amazing. The food is very good, the portions are very ... Michelin star kind of restaurant style so if you're hungry get the steak. It's expensive but it's very good. The food is tasty but some of the dishes can be a bit small. The service is excellent, DJ and Donald took great care of us and we were a big table. The hand crafted drinks are excellent everyone who ordered a Tequila drink loved it, I ordered one of the old fashioned and was quick to order a second. The fire shots are fun but it's basically a regular shot with a flaming lime slice on top. Some of this place is a bit pretentious but it's a lot of fun.
Our server, Sammy, made suggestions for our meal and wine which we appreciated. The suggestions were amazing and highly recommend this restaurant as well as having him as your server. We had the tostaditas with beef, wedge salad, ribeye, branzino, street corn and mashed potatoes. Dessert was equally delicious. We had the tres leches and butter cake. You must try it!!
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! James took the time to walk us through the menu and made excellent recommendations that were absolutely top-notch. Ashley and James both provided outstanding service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delectable, and everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to others!
My son flew into town to take me out for my birthday. The dining experience at Toca Madera was truly exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive. The highlight was the seared salmon and that truffle mac n cheese! OMG, I had to get some to go as well. My son enjoyed a delicious steak. Maria was our server and I hope she's there when I go back! The other bus staff wouldn't let one crumb hit the table without wiping. The vibes were optimal! Everywhere I looked was a modern, trendy and upscale aesthetic!
