Kayla was amazing! She went over and beyond and gave me a beautiful piece to enjoy forever. It was a super sentimental piece and I am so grateful! Would recommend her to anyone and if/when back in the area, I’ll be coming to her.

My experience with Shayla and this shop was extremely disappointing. I scheduled multiple appointments to have my tattoo completed. On two separate occasions, my appointment was canceled the morning of, after I had already taken PTO from work. Those vacation days were completely wasted, and there was no regard for the inconvenience or financial impact it had on me. After all of the delays and cancellations, I was ultimately left with an unfinished tattoo. Communication eventually stopped altogether, leaving me completely ghosted with no effort to honor the agreement to finish the work. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the shop looking for help, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Rather than addressing the fact that I paid for a tattoo that remains unfinished, the focus shifted to personal accusations that have nothing to do with the shop’s responsibility to complete the work or communicate professionally. If there were concerns about scheduling, payment, or anything else, those conversations should have happened before accepting the project—not after leaving a customer with unfinished work and ignoring them. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Professionalism, communication, and standing behind your work matter, and unfortunately I experienced none of those. I will not be returning, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking here.

first time at italwayshurts and can't wait to be back! got tatted by angel and she was so nice and made me feel very comfortable! this was my first big piece and i'm just so happy with the way it came out! thanks Angel!! loved the flash on the wall and can't wait to see what comes next! Everyone was so cool and nice and came up asking q's while she was tattooing it just all felt super cool and a great environment !!
