The moment you walk in, the chill vibes hit you—walls filled with art, creative details everywhere, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The shop feels alive with creativity. The crew and artists are amazing, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. No matter how simple or complex your idea is, they take the time to listen and can handle any concept you bring in. You never feel rushed—just supported and inspired. My artist, Tracy Lambright, is an absolute master of his craft. With well over 20 years of experience, you can tell he’s spent a lifetime studying the art of tattooing. He has a rare vision—turning a simple idea into a walking display of art that truly turns heads. His polished designs speak for themselves. This is the second sleeve Tracy has done for me, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m already looking forward to continuing this journey toward my dream of a full Japanese body suit. I had a custom tattoo done by Mads and it was an amazing experience! She helped me put together the vision I had and did a fantastic job applying it. Really, really cool shop and the vibes of the place are unmatched! I’ll definitely be going back for any future tattoos!

I've been to Painstaking Art Tattoo about 3 times now. Everytime I have been welcomed with warm smiles and enthusiastic professional artists. I've only ever gotten pierced, but this shop has become my one and only. Alex is an amazing person and piercer. She always takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied with the product. 10/10 would recommend!

My favorite tattoo artist, Bailey, just moved to Painstaking Art, and I couldn’t be happier! She has the coolest flash sheets, and her color work is SOOO good! She is amazing at accommodating all of my requests, and knows exactly what I want every time! I always look forward to booking my next appointment with her, and I know that I will always be walking away with the coolest piece of art on me. I get countless compliments from strangers and friends alike on my tattoos. I cannot sing her praises enough! If you’re looking for a flash piece or custom, Bailey is your girl! Always happy to visit Bailey, and happier now that she’s at such a cool shop like Painstaking Art! (Seriously the vibes in this place are so cool!)

I’ve come to this place for both piercings and a tattoo so I can confidently say this place is amazing in every sense of the word! Everyone is incredibly patient and kind. Alex fixed a daith piercing that was botched from another shop and has been very helpful throughout the whole healing process! Bonez was super sweet with my tattoo and made as many stencils as needed to make sure it was 100% what I wanted. No judgement and all good vibes. For sure a place you’d just keep coming back to
