We visited the Rice Village location for dinner and had a great experience. There is street parking available, as well as a nearby parking garage, which made parking convenient. The ambiance was quiet and pleasant- a very relaxing dining atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. We started with the Super Cyclone and Ocean Blue drinks, and both were excellent. For the main course, we ordered the Enchilada Anaya’s, Pollo en Mole, Fajita Chicken, Blackened Mahi, and Cyclone’s Tacos. Each dish was flavorful and well prepared. Our server was attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a nice dining experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.

We came here for a large group lunch. The food was okay, but the service really hurt the experience. There was a sign outside advertising $10 margaritas for happy hour. Throughout the meal, our server kept encouraging us to order drinks and add more items, but never clearly explained that the $10 price only applied to the house margarita. We only found this out at the end when we asked about the happy hour special. What didn’t sit right with us was how the drinks were being pushed. The server mentioned being “from Mexico” and using that as an excuse to steer us toward more expensive margaritas, implying they were the better choice. It felt more like a sales pitch to rack up the bill and get a higher tip than helpful guidance, especially since the happy hour limitation wasn’t mentioned upfront. Because of the constant upselling and lack of clarity, our bill ended up much higher than we expected. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.

We had an amazing experience at Cyclone Anaya’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and energetic, and the food was absolutely delicious. A huge shoutout to our server, Jorge — he truly made the lunch special. Jorge was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He checked on us often, had great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Great food, great vibes, and outstanding service thanks to Jorge. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for him again!

My wife met some coworkers here after work, she asked if I wanted anything, I ordered fajita tacos and a burrito, just basic stuff, I've had better at the worst taco truck in Houston. I cant believe this place has 5 stars, I took the 3 tacos and dumped them into the burrito. Everything was skimpy. Definitely don't get a to go order, they skimp.
