In Houston for business and came here with a group of 12 for dinner after a long busy day. I made a reservation earlier in the day, and they were ready for us even though we got there a little early. While some servers get overwhelmed by large groups, Alex, our server, handled his business magnificently. He was friendly, respectful, and efficient. The atmosphere was fun, the drinks were nice, but the food was just ok... with the exception of the tres leches: OMG so delicious. Thank you for the experience!
Absolutely the best in town. Food quality is good and service very fast with very friendly faces. I would definitely be back and strongly recommend you try! Jose is my favourite there!
While visiting Houston’s we wanted to try Texmex. We ended up here and it was the best decision ever!! Food was amazing!! We had ceviche for appetizers and just wow!! I had the fish tacos and my wife had the fajita tacos. Both were delicious and amazing. I would highly recommend!!!
Ninfas has been around a long time and we’ve frequented throughout the years. A landmark in the Houston restaurant scene. It’s near one of our production facilities so I often bring clients and guests here for meals. While the service is always great, the value has dropped off. Food will always be good, not great. Prices have jumped tremendously and I personally don’t see the same value anymore. It’s always busy but not packed.
We came for Sunday brunch and had a great time! The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. They are attentive and have great menu suggestions. I had a latte which was pretty good and the Desayuno Mexicano with bacon which was delicious! The potatoes were very crispy and I actually enjoyed them! The complimentary chips and salsa are also pretty good. Needless to say, I will be back!
