I recently visited Chalong Thai Eatery in Montrose and was very impressed. The food was beautifully presented and full of authentic Thai flavors. We ordered several dishes, including the sexy shrimp, papaya salad, Seafood Salad , Spicy Garlic Udon , crispy pork with Chinese broccoli, Southern Thai Crab Curry , Grilled Cuttlefish and every dish was delicious. The papaya salad was fresh and flavorful with the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy. The udon noodles had great wok flavor, and the crispy pork was crispy on the outside while staying tender inside. The crab curry was rich, creamy, and comforting. The sexy shrimp was also incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the house sauce. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the presentation. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in Montrose, Chalong Thai Eatery is definitely worth a visit. OMG! The TomYum soup-spicy and savory w/ jumbo shrimp💕 The Pad Thai was delicious with fresh vegetables and chicken. the Mango sticky rice was very pretty to look at while enjoying the sweet combined flavors The ROTI was warm and crispy, excellent amount of sweetness Large servings, enough to eat now and have some for later Perfect spot for a work time lunch, the chef prepares the food fresh and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is excellent and very attentive will definitely come back and order for delivery through Uber eats or DoorDash.
Friendly staff, excellent food & service! The noodles are DEVINE!! I loved their rolls also! They will have you coming back for more! I can’t wait to bring all of my friends to this little hidden gem!! Check out their menu their prices for midtown might surprise you!!
We had quite a bit of different dishes but the best was probably the kao moo daeng and the moo krob(crispy pork) also their Thai tea was very good. Like very very good, anyone who comes here should definitely try the Thai tea. Highly recommend.
One of the best Thai restaurants in town! They offer several signature dishes you won’t easily find elsewhere. My favorite is the grilled pork skewers — incredibly flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. We fished it so fast that we haven't had a chance to take a photo 😢
