We came early Sunday afternoon after a trip to Houston Museum of Natural Science. Parking was a little limited but we found a spot in the street right away. We ordered crispy rolls, yum woon sen, yellow curry, and Pad Thai to share. Everything was good. It was quiet enough for conversation. The server was attentive. I like spicy things and the others don’t, so we ordered mild, and the server brought three items to choose from to spice things up. 😋
If you like thai cuisine you will love Malai. This place is really cute and the service is very nice. The food was absolutely amazing. I could not stop. I highly recommend you go eat delicious thai here. Everything on the menu is really really delicious.
We got the crab rangoons, pad Thai, and pad kra pao and we cannot say enough good things about this food. It was absolutely amazing. Even though it was busy, service was exceptional and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back!
This place is a hidden gem. Great food, fast and friendly service! I’ve been here several times and it’s always great each time. Food is great but is spicy. Ensure to order mild if you’re sensitive to spice. Amazing Thai tea and mango sticky rice
The food here was outstanding! We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Spicy Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Hot Basil Chicken, and Pad Ke Mao Beef (all medium spice), and every dish was flavorful, fresh, and came in generous portion sizes. The balance of spice and flavor was excellent, though I’d recommend being mindful of spice levels when ordering, it definitely packs a punch! The specialty non-alcoholic drinks were delicious and refreshing, and the service was top-notch. Our food came out quickly, and the staff was very attentive, even bringing water right after we finished our drinks. The cozy, friendly atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
