Avoid this place. 24/7 Mr Tire and Wheel completely botched the installation of wheels and tires on my dually pickup. I drove off the first time only to find the tires were not seated correctly, which caused damage to a wheel I had just had powder coated. I immediately limped back to the shop and was told they could fix it. After the second attempt, I drove about 10 miles before hearing noise one wheel was loose again and missing three lug nuts. I had to have the truck towed back to my location late at night during the holidays, which cost a lot. I chose not to bring it back because I didn’t want any more damage. Extremely unsafe work and very unprofessional.

They are fast and quickly fixed my tire. The gentleman even told me that I do not need to replace the tire. It is fixable. They are honest. They charged $20 to fixed that. You need to pay cash or Zelle.

I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my life. The technician was incredibly rough with my vehicle from the moment I arrived. He removed my spare tire and LITERALLY threw it into the back of my car instead of placing it where it belonged. He then pulled down on my electronic trunk, trying to force it closed. When it wouldn’t close, he simply walked away and left it open while angrily repeating “95 DOLLARS!”. I got out to properly secure the spare tire in its compartment beneath the trunk floor, he snatched the tire from me, aggressively shoved it into my vehicle, repeatedly banging it against my car’s painted surfaces. He then threw the trunk floor cover back in upside down instead of reinstalling it correctly. To make matters worse, after all of this, he informed me that he didn’t accept credit or debit cards and demanded that I go to the ATM inside the office to withdraw cash. The entire interaction was hostile, careless, and completely lacking in professionalism. I was shocked by the way my vehicle was handled and by the disrespect I was shown as a customer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Absolutely terrible experience with this tow truck company. They quoted me one price over the phone, then charged me significantly more once the job was done. Very dishonest and unprofessional business practices. I felt completely taken advantage of and there was no clear explanation for the extra charges. Avoid this company if you don’t want surprise fees and headaches.

In the Uptown Arwlea and Dashboard turned bright yellow Right Front Tire at 23 PSI....Screw in tire pulled up to Superhero Mr. Tire he plugged it in 7 mins like a Formula 1 Pit Stop....crazy work and he has New Tires as well go check him out
