I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. Before I towed my vehicle to their location, I was told that the correct tire size was available. However, after my vehicle arrived, I was informed that they did not have the proper tire. At that point, I had very few options because my vehicle had already been towed there. Instead of providing the tire I was promised, I was pressured into accepting a different tire size. The employee's attitude was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Rather than helping a customer in a difficult situation, he seemed to take advantage of the fact that it was late at night and that I had limited alternatives. The replacement tire was not the correct size for my vehicle, and after installation the car began pulling toward one side while driving. This created additional concern about safety and quality of service. I strongly recommend that customers confirm everything in writing before bringing their vehicle to this location. My experience was frustrating, misleading, and far below the level of customer service I expected. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst tire service experiences I have had.

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a tire shop, and I feel like I have to share this. I came in early this morning because I noticed my tire pressure had dropped again. I thought I had a slow leak and didn’t want to risk driving my kids to school on a low tire. I ended up stopping at this shop because it was close and open 24 hours—and I’m so glad I did. Apollo came out to help me, and from the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and welcoming. I started trying to explain what was going on, but I don’t know much about cars, and he immediately picked up on that in the most respectful way. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable or talking over me, he just said, “Let’s check it out,” and got to work. He checked all four of my tires thoroughly, not just the one I was concerned about. Then he went back around again to double-check everything. After that, he came back and explained things to me clearly and simply. He filled my tires, made sure the one I was worried about had enough air to last me a few days, and told me I’d be fine to drive. Here’s the part that really stood out to me—he didn’t charge me a single dollar. When I asked how much it would cost to fix the issue, he didn’t try to sell me anything. Instead, he educated me. He explained why my situation wasn’t as serious as I thought, showed me what to look for, and gave me advice on how to maintain my tires on my own so I wouldn’t get taken advantage of somewhere else. He even told me that I could get it fixed very cheaply and that he didn’t feel right taking money from me for something so simple. As a woman—and especially as a single mom who handles everything on her own—that meant more than I can even explain. It’s not always easy walking into auto shops because there’s always that fear of being upsold or taken advantage of. I’ve experienced that before. But this was the complete opposite. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine honesty and care. And the crazy part is, if he had told me it cost $100, I would’ve paid it without hesitation because of how trustworthy and kind he was. But he chose integrity over profit, and that says everything. Apollo didn’t just help me with my tire—he gave me knowledge, peace of mind, and a level of respect that you don’t always find in this industry.
