HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There was a young Caucasian man and young Hispanic man who were more than rude. To make matters worse the young Caucasian man said he was the general manager. This man literally threatened my husband for simply backing in the bay. Even grabbing his pants like he possibly had a weapon. I believe these men were possibly under the influence of something.Tax paying citizens should not have to deal with this kind of nonsense.I was not only upset but down right appalled at these two gentlemen. Not to mention I went to a totally different shop with not one problem. Shout out to 24 hour tire shop on north Houston Rosalyn. Not only was their customer service top tier but their prices were cheaper as well. 24 hour tire Houston # 2 SHAME ON YOU!!! please take the time out to teach your workers about professionalism and the appropriate way to handle business going forward.
What an amazing guy . I had a tire issue late night the guy came for me drove 5 miles and he was such a gentleman to help me with everything I needed to sort my tire out . Gave me a good discount. I would highly recommend the place and 100 on 100 to the owner. Thank you so much Hermano for helping me out . God bless you 🙏🙏🙏
Tex and Cam Provided great service at a reasonable price. And hey guys, they’re open 9 AM to 1 AM. They’re located off of 1960 and 249. Come and get great tire service.
Horrible customer service. Hard get in touch with anybody And when you do they come off like you’re Bothering them as if they’re doing you a favor , I’d say pick a tire service that appreciates your business. This one will be an absolute never for me
Very prompt and quick service. I had a leak and my tech informed me it’s best to just get a better tire which was purchased thru them. I was back driving in no time
