DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could leave a 0 star review I would but unfortunately one is the least I can put, came in to install 4 new tires on my truck because I lifted it and when I first asked one of the workers how much to put them on I was presented a price of $45 each tire without balancing. Then I asked the shop owner and he said $30 a tire without balancing. I immediately lost my trust there but still made the mistake by saying that the $30 a tire was fine. I later pulled in and waited 1.5 hours for them to simply change out and install 4 mud tires for my truck. Worse part is that they wanted to keep my old tires which where a brand new set of tires which where (Pirelli scorpion as plus 3) brand new set of 4 which I knew they where going to charge me for disposal and sell them as “used but good condition”. Working on putting my last tire in a employee opens another customers door next to me and completely door dings my fender on my truck ( the impact was so loud it almost sounded just like a car door being slammed shut ) and the owner gets upset at me because he repeatedly says he was not going to responsible for the damage calls. Then I was heated because I was there waiting for over 2 hours now and I still wanted the owner so do something about all the damage and frustration caused. I later got him convinced to give me a free alignment and he almost said no. And made me wait another 40 minutes because he let someone get a oil change before I got a alignment. Seems like his priority is not about how a customer feels in a business standpoint. Only being greedy about overcharging desperate customers and not giving any great customer service what so ever. about Now after 3 hours of being here I finally got my truck on the lift for a alignment and they didn’t notice anything about my suspension components needing to be replaced, which made my truck VERY UNSAFE to drive. They did the so called “ alignment “ either way and still left the steering wheel more horrible than before. When I went to another alignment shop, they immediately said the alignment was completely off and looks like (24 hour tire shop) did a horrible job despite my suspension being somewhat worn out I was able to get it properly aligned for the meantime. I almost never write reviews but I felt like this one was personal and deep to me so I wanted to share about my horrible experience here and I genuinely recommend for everyone to stay away from this bad business.

Got a nail in my tire and thought it would ruin my day but they plugged the issue fast and had me back on track in no time! Thank you! Side Note & good to know: They take cash only

Noticed on one of our work trucks we had some severe rim damage. Was able to come in at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday hoping it to be repaired. The owner to helpers warned me it wouldn't be pretty and I assured them I didn't care. I just wanted to be safe until I can order a new rim. They took it, did a bunch of welding and working on it in less than an hour later I was out of there. Price was a little high but for 24-hour service I know you got to pay it premium. Only warning is the place is cash only but they do have a ATM on site.

The price of the new tires is very high compared to market prices, and the brand is bad. Also, their cash machine charges a lot of fees, about $4 and $2.5. In addition, their service is poor; they try to get the job done any way they can (poor quality).

I definitely suggest this place. Thank you to Cutty the manager, Chuck, and James for their assistance during my first visit here. They ensured that I had a new tire on the rear and a rim on the front, and that there were no further difficulties with my automobile tires. I greatly appreciate them. They were patient with me. They were courteous and understanding. If you go here, ask for them. They will get you in and out of there. But I'm not sure what I did to the personnel there because I've never met them; this is my first visit there today, and they didn't want to help me. Despite being told to assist me, they went out of their way to assist others and even sat in front of me. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of helping others, but I would never do that to anyone.
