These people are scam artist! Make sure you get a receipt I had to come back 3 times in 2 days I bought 3 tires and one already had a hole! Went flat as soon as I left!!! Then he tried to act like that’s not the tire he sold me! Bad business
This was a very disappointing experience. We were initially told the service would cost $20, but were later charged $35 without a clear explanation for the price increase. What was even more concerning is that while they were putting air in the tire, they never informed us that it had a hole. As tire professionals, I would expect them to point out a safety issue like that and explain the available options. Additionally, both employees made me feel uncomfortable due to the way they were staring at me throughout the visit. As a woman, I would not feel comfortable returning alone. I only stopped here because it was nearby, but I’ve had much better experiences at other tire shops. Other businesses have been honest, professional, and transparent about pricing and vehicle issues. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and misleading from start to finish.
Very horrible experience with an older man that works there. Pictures from previous review is the guy that tried to over charge me and tell me he didn’t have change. How do you not have change if yall only accept cash? Then he comes back with change 🙄🙄. And I tell him “oh so you do have changed” and he didn’t respond 🙄. First and last time coming here. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I took my car there because my tire was flat. They said it was no good anymore and sold me another one, supposedly good, and the next day it was flat again. I had to go to another place and they fixed it there. Apart from that, they gave me a price at the beginning and wanted to overcharge me at the end, and they don't accept cards or digital payments either.
I asked them to rotate my tires on my RV. He then broke one of the lug nut studs. Now instead of feeling safer on our trip, I feel worse and am paying someone to help me fix it. Terrible experience.
