Had an emergency flat tire on Christmas Eve around 9 PM and thought our holiday plans were ruined. I called and they had someone out within an hour. The replacement tire was the exact same brand as the ones already on my car, which was amazing. The dispatcher and technician were both extremely kind and professional, and the tire came with a warranty. Truly grateful for the fast, reliable service—especially on a holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I called this place and my husband explained to the guy what was needed. We had a tire we just needed some type of special screw or whatever to get the lugs off. He said he had it and would be here in 20 mins. I called after waiting 25 mins to check the eta and he said they had to pick the piece up on 610 somewhere. Then maybe 10 mins later he calls back and abruptly gets off the phone saying he would call back. When he did call back about 5 mins later he said they’d not have the part mean while we already went and got the $140 just to use the piece to get the lugs off. SMH all this time we could’ve tried to figure something else out. We are on the Northside in the hood and 4am in the morning. Way to go.
