This is the unique tire shop ,their really nice ,plus they are 24/7 u just have to call the number and they will come .

They close at 11pm so if you call after hours it’s different pricing. They also do deliveries but you have to pay ahead of time, it’s family owned really nice people trying to help out the community. Came back a different day and was told by a different guy working there that he couldn’t do the work. Sent me to someone else, seems backwards to set up work you could never do in the first place.

I will never go to this tire shop ever again. I bought a tire. The tire had a bubble on it. I took it back. They exchanged it. That was cool but the time of the exchange before didn't even last me a month and it went flat with a hole that was from wear and tear from whenever it was used before. So I will never go to the shop ever again. I do not recommend it

I had a nail in my tire and I chose Chay's because it was open on Sundays. The owner patched the tire and refilled air in my tires in less than 15 minutes! The owner and family were friendly and I felt good supporting a local business. The curb appeal for this plaza is not great but don't judge on the outside appearance. I will put this shop on my list to use again.

Went here to get a used tire sized 255/55/18 for acura MDX And they ended up trying to give me a 245/60/18 didn't do business here and left somewhere else I checked when the put the tire on. Was told that they didn't have the one i requested and then tried to tell me I never asked for the correct tire size for my vehicle which I did and have tires already on with the 255/55/18 spec He said he would give me my money back and that I should be grateful he is giving my money back without charging labor and by giving me the wrong tire this is terribly bad business if you decide to come here be aware if I was down bad financially or down and out I wouldn't wish the experience on no one I got my original tire and went else where but be careful this is shameful and very petty how are you supposed to be a educated business but recommended a tire that does not completely fit the default spec I ask for that is shameful and risking customers lives the gas lighting the man tried to do was laughable
