We had a blow out on the trailer. I thought it was both tires that blew and the quoted me $500 for two BRAND NEW tires because they didn't have any used one. Then we realized one tire was still good but the valve stem was busted. So then they quoted us $355 for a what we thought was a new tire since we were told they didn't have a used one and valve stem. He said he'd be there in 50 minutes, showed up in an hour and a half. Took the tire off and said he needed to go to the shop to replace the tire. Said he'd be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, he shows back up with a used tire and a $370 bill. THEN the fun part, we don't even get 20 miles down the road and the tire blows apart! Made our long night even longer.
Not open 24/7 don’t waste your time coming here , I’m here since 8am and I kept calling no answer as 8:40am, avoid this place not 24/7
This place is not 24/7 at all. I waited for someone since 3:45am at the address listed. No one answered the phone. No one replied to me until after 8:30am and they would not take my call. Even after sending pictures and letting them know I was in front of their building, they still did not take my call. Seems they may be scamming people. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If I could give a negative stars I would. This is not how you run a business and you should not claim to be a 24/7 tire service and you are not.
Lifesaver! I had a flat tire a few streets away, needed a tire shop that is open and luckily these guys are 24 hrs. They also offer roadside service, will bring out a tire to your location 24 hrs a day
They are not 24 hours we went to their shop at about 6:30pm and nobody was there it was closed. If they would say mobile only one would not make a pointless trip. We also called and they did not answer. They only texted back with another contact number which was a whole another place. False advertising. 0 stars would be more like it.
