Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. They act nice to get you in the door, make promises they can't keep and make you feel pressured to close by acting frustrated when you "ask for time to review". They made it clear that, even though I had scheduled ahead of time, their other deal (bragging that it was 60 million dollar sale) was more important. The level of annoyance and eye roll on the Escrow officers face when I asked for just a few minutes for my lawyer to review was completely uncalled for. On top of that, I was promised that an error would be resolved prior to funds being dispersed to the Mortgage company , I spent all weekend working with my Mortgage company to get an updated document, at the request of the assistance escrow office at Charter title. Only to be told "sorry this is against our policy". Charter title then proceeded to dodge all of my phone calls and emails. I still haven't heard back and its been over 4 days. Awful company, stay away and use someone else like: Exodus Title.
