Graylyn was outstanding. He was kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. When the axle on our boat trailer broke, he handled everything efficiently, got the trailer safely loaded onto the tow truck, and made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciated his expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I got towed by Apple towing just yesterday 6/3/26.. Everything from the Dispatcher & my Tow driver was spot on.. My Driver (Michael) arrived when he said he was and went straight to work to get me out the road. He was a nice guy and didn't mind having ride talk. Lol.. would definitely recommend their services. 10/10

Thank you Apple Towing for helping my sister with her vehicle last night. They were so nice on the phone and the tow truck driver called us once he was on site to confirm our location. The tow truck driver was so kind and understanding. He took his time, made sure the vehicle was loaded up safely, and he made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Also their pricing was reasonable and they made sure to email me a receipt. Thank you so much for the stellar customer service. You guys have gained a loyal customer for life.

Very affordable and quick- went through the insurance and these guys showed up about an hr after the report which is WILDLY quick for every tow truck I've ever used. Very personable driver and knew exactly what to do to get my car delivered back home safe.

Today 07/22/2026 I had a tire blowout on Highway 288 South in the toll lane during rush hour. I called AAA, but after waiting almost two hours they still hadn’t been able to reach me. While I was waiting, a City of Houston roadside assistance tow truck pulled up. At first I thought he was with AAA, but he explained that he works with the City of Houston and that they monitor the freeway cameras to look for stranded drivers who need help. I had no idea this service even existed. He immediately assessed the situation, helped me reposition my vehicle, and placed his tow truck behind my car to create a safety barrier while he changed my tire. With traffic flying by, that made me feel so much safer. He had my spare on in about four minutes, took a few photos for his report, wished me a safe trip, and was on his way. What really stood out to me wasn’t just that he changed my tire but it was the professionalism, confidence, and kindness he showed. My children were in the car with me, and I had just been talking to my daughter about what it looks like when someone steps up to protect and help others without hesitation. Even though he was simply doing his job, he gave us a great example of service, responsibility, and compassion. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but if he ever sees this review, I want him to know how grateful I am. Thank you for making a stressful and scary situation feel safe. You represent the City of Houston so well, and I truly hope you’re recognized for the incredible work you do. You deserve every raise and every bit of appreciation that comes your way. If no one else told you today, thank you. You made a real difference for me and my family, and I’ll never forget it.
