I hope I never need another tow, but if I do, this is the company I’ll call. My truck unexpectedly overheated and left me stranded on the side of the road. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The driver arrived quickly, was courteous, and handled my classic truck with exceptional care. You could tell he genuinely respected the vehicle and took the time to load and secure it properly. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and far better than I expected given the circumstances. When you’re already dealing with the frustration of a breakdown, having a company that is dependable, honest, and professional makes all the difference. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. Thank you for turning a bad day into a much better experience!

I’ve used this company twice over the years, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, they rescued my Mazdaspeed 3 from the side of the highway around midnight. Most recently, they towed another one of my vehicles just a few miles from my house to its destination. Both times they were quick to respond, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate that they use a flatbed, which gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicles are being transported safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with any of my cars and will definitely use them again whenever I need a tow. Highly recommended!

Better off using “merchants wrecker services” which I had to use and only paid $200 and they actually came through. After!!! “clutch city towing” didn’t show up after I paid $350 to reserve a spot since we had to schedule a specific time to have a vehicle towed. Overall he never showed up and never refunded the money and just ghosted me This was a referral from my locksmith guy. All I can say is you’re better off going somewhere else than this company. Just bad business ethics here

I had a very positive experience with Clutch City Towing. The young man who assisted me was professional and respectful, and he arrived much faster than I anticipated. It's reassuring to find a towing service that responds quickly and treats customers well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of towing services.
