Horrible place, prayed on a young woman traveling from Louisiana by herself. She went into a store for less than 10 minutes and they towed her car. She was hoping they would be nice and cut her a break since she was from another state but the girl at the office was rude and nasty. $310 for the tow and that was pretty much all the money she had made working that week. Will be contacting the mayors office, governor's office, BBB, attorney General office, local news channels. Read the reviews on yelp, this place preys on people.
FRAUD ALERT!! Worst towing company. I don’t even want to give 1 star. They charge you 300$ atleast if you’re car sits there for even 5 mins The worst part is that they spoiled the car as well.
Fast Towing Towed My Car On Barbee & emancipation Ave at 1:15am for a new sign that was put up within the last week ( car bate at its finest) but was long clarifying to know what it meant. we had to go the to tow lot where they charged us & several other $302 for the car being there for an half an hour ! not to mention as we was sitting there we saw how reckless and fast this tow company was pulling up with cars and leaving to go get more ! no care in the world , the man at the window was weird and inconsiderate! DO NOT RECOMMEND 💯 below is a pic of the line of people, people that parked their cars on the same street as mines ! not knowing the parking sign meaning
I was shopping at cvs in midtown and my car got towed, completely unfair towing practice. Predatory towing company. While I was there I saw they damaged a bmw very badly, the guy couldn’t even move his car anymore!
Slow service. Major inconvenience. You know it’s bad when Uber drivers are lurking with tow truck drivers at parking lots lol If you get towed, I suggest having your insurance card, a Visa or Mastercard, and Government issued ID with name matching on the bank card. They do accept cash. I only had a Discover card and was screwed until someone let me Venmo them so that they could use their card. $314 fee just to take my car 1.4 miles away. That’s almost a month’s car payment.
