Great service. Had a vehicle break down near reliant stadium when I live 15 miles away in spring branch. Called a few places around and all had a limit of 10 miles for towing. Gold Star Towing had no problem with the distance and got to me in 12 minutes after we ended our call. Was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend people to use this company.

They answer the phone fast! From the time of us, getting off the call to him getting to us only took him 15 minutes. Very nice and great price

Hi!👋🏽 I cannot think of the man’s name who came and picked up our vehicle. But he immediately apologized for being late due to traffic. Thank you for that. I don’t think he was too late though. But it was okay, because I felt like he came in a pretty timely fashion. He delivered our vehicle to the car dealership in a timely fashion and safely. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember your name to say thank you so much sir! When I first called this company, whoever answered the phone was on it. They worked hard to find someone to help me. That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you need service, I would give them a try. I haven’t had a tow service in years, so for us, it was surprised at how much towing cost has changed. I wasn’t sure of the going rate. But compared to other companies this was more reasonable to me. We had to hire this private company because, our insurance could not guarantee sending a tow service company out with a flat bed truck 🛻 and this company had a flat bed truck. We were VERY THANKFUL for that! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICES! Give them a try! So I would just call and just ask for your our informational purposes only and just go from there. I got a flat tire just outside of Downtown on 45S. Abbas came to rescue me - took good care of my vehicle and towed it down to Clear Lake for me. Communication was great, he let me know where he was and how long until he got to me. He was very courteous and kind and the charges were very reasonable. Thank you again, Abbas!

Great service they showed up in a few after I called them and helped me Out towing my car to the closest mechanic, very friendly and reliable, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend recommended.
