Huge shoutout to Adam the tow truck driver He told me he’d be there in 21 mins and he actually showed up right on time respect! I was stuck on the 59 shoulder around 5:31 PM in crazy traffic! Super stressful with my kids but Adam handled everything like a pro He made sure we were safe had us sit in his truck even gave us water really went above and beyond. I also changed the drop off to a closer spot and he automatically adjusted the price which I really appreciated. Super professional, super kind. Much respect to Adam and the company he works for 🙌

Momentum Roadside Services' team were very responsive, professional and their service was reasonably priced. I highly recommend the driver, Paul! He got my BMW to the dealership in a timely manner and communicated with me en route; from the moment I ordered roadside assistance, to his arrival at my home to tour my vehicle. Flat tire on the inside lane of 59 on July 4th. While I was still trying to explain to the AAA call center that I could not provide a cross street because I was on a freeway, the Roadside Assistance driver arrived. He was polite and incredibly competent. My spare was inflated and put on in under 15 minutes. I hope everyone’s experience will be as good as mine.
