DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE A ALLSTATE MOTOR CLUB MEMBER ****I am a member of Allstate Motor Club. Which I pay a monthly membership fee for service. The 3 times that AMC routed National Roadside to me as a tow, they never showed up. They tell me a 90 min ETA, to only not show up. Call the dispatcher which he sounds like a Russian dude for him to lie and say oh my driver broke down he’s on the way now give him 30 mins. This man continue the same lie for hours. After waiting 7hrs I finally call AMC to assign me another company who showed up within 45 mins. National Roadside does not prioritize AMC customers because they already have a contract for them, So they ofcourse put towes that are paying before others. I have informed AMC my experience with this company several times before and I hope they drop their contract with them.
