I had a flat tire and called Texas Best Towing to help tow my car to the nearest tire shop. From the moment I called, their communication was excellent. They were very responsive and kept me updated the entire time with text messages letting me know they were 15 minutes away, then 10 minutes away, which I really appreciated. Emmanuel, the driver who assisted me, was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. He made a stressful situation much easier and handled everything smoothly and professionally. The only reason I’m mentioning this is to help others be aware beforehand — the service was a bit pricey for a relatively short distance. I was charged $149 for a local tow that was only a few miles total. I agreed to the price, and the service itself was excellent, but I do think it’s helpful for customers to know in advance. Overall, great customer service, fast response time, excellent communication, and a very professional experience. Thank you again to Emmanuel and the Texas Best Towing team!

I called several heavy wrecker companies in Houston for a difficult job to recover a 40ft camper buried to the axels in mud. No one wanted to attempt it. I called Luis and he never hesitated. I’m sure he knew from our conversations that I was a kind of difficult or picky customer. Didn’t matter. He showed up and took his time and treated my camper like it was his own. Extracted it with care and precision. No snatching. No shortcuts. Just hard work. Thanks Luis.

After a nightmare experience trying to get my car towed with a dead battery that couldn’t be jumped, Manny and Texas Best Towing completely saved the day. I literally had not been able to get a successful tow for 24 hours and was let down by two other towing companies before my roadside assistance finally reached them. Texas Best got the entire job done in less than two hours from when they got the call to having the car delivered to the appropriate place. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. Both the dispatcher and Manny (the driver) called me directly to make sure they had all the details correct and brought the right equipment considering the car couldn’t be jumped. Once Manny took over, he kept me updated with texts and pictures every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous the entire time. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough! If you ever need a tow, save yourself the headache, make them your first call, and definitely ask for Manny!

I had to use their heavy haul service tonight to pick up a fallen container in my yard. They were fast, professional and easy to work with. The driver arrived within the hour and made quick work of the situation. I highly recommend them.

I have never left a negative review, but my experience with this towing company was extremely disappointing. After already waiting two hours for another service, I called simply to ask for an updated ETA. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was very difficult to understand and repeatedly told me “it’s not my problem” and that the wait would be another 120 minutes. When I politely explained that I was having trouble understanding what he was saying and asked for clarification, the conversation escalated and he began yelling at me on the phone. As a customer who was already stranded and trying to get help, this level of communication and customer service was unacceptable. I ultimately canceled the service and contacted the dealership instead, who handled the situation professionally. I understand that delays happen, but speaking to customers with respect should always be a priority. Based on this experience, this was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had.
