I had a phenomenal experience at Next Level Urgent Care on Tanglewood. The entire office staff was superb, and being able to schedule an appointment in advance completely removes the anxiety of waiting forever. The atmosphere is incredibly supportive. Dr. Hitomi went above and beyond—she even provided medication right in the office to help ease my pain immediately. On top of that, she gave me fantastic, practical suggestions on what to eat and how to prevent further illness. I am so grateful for the excellent care and will definitely return if I ever need medical attention again!
cannot say enough wonderful things about Next Level and the exceptional care they provide. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. The entire team consistently delivers excellent service, and I always feel safe, heard, and confident in the advice and care I receive. Their sincerity and compassion truly stand out at every visit. A special thank you to Hitomi Saso, who is my favorite NP to see. She does an absolutely amazing job and goes above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise, patience, and caring approach make every appointment a positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me and cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and top-quality care.
I’m very grateful to Next Level Urgent Care for their help. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and patiently helped me verify my international insurance information in detail, and confirmed that it could be used. The nurse and the doctor were also wonderful. They carefully checked my blood pressure, asked about my symptoms, and provided very professional advice and diagnosis. It was a very trustworthy and reassuring experience!
EDIT: “Amazing service! The medical assistant Beau was great and so was Avani Menta the PA!!” So I’m updating this review as I was essentially forced into writing a good review so I could leave. The medical assistant Beau was honestly really uncomfortable to be around and made many inappropriate comments leaving me feeling stranded here. He also struggled to draw my blood granted I’m not the easiest patient to get blood from but I was really frustrated that the tourniquet tied on my arm was so tight that that area bruised and he blew the vein in my wrist. Regardless of medical service his bedside manner was extremely uncomfortable as I felt he was trying to make a move on me the whole time. Lastly nothing against Avani Mentha she was great and provided good service. Honestly I haven’t update this review sooner because It was hard to say anything about it. Avoid this man if you can, the others here seem nice though.
Carolina was the name of the young lady. That checked me in. She was super sweet when I arrived. She was even more sweeter, when I left, Andrea was the person that took my vitals. She was very sweet as well. And the nurse practitioner named Amy was magnificent. She got to the point, and I can't say enough good things about everyone here. I don't know when that previous Post was, but I stand by every word I said they were magnificent as were they today. Thursday May 21st I met with Vanessa and Celeste super sweet, super professional super fast. Very clear about what was gonna happen next. And I can't be more thankful & Grateful for 2 nicer people.
