We visited while in town with friends and had a fantastic experience! After binging on BBQ & Tex Mex all week we were thrilled to have this delicious healthy option for lunch before heading home. Friendly for vegans and gluten free they offer tons of fresh salads, bowls and wraps. Filling and yummy with plenty of seating indoor and out. Great service too. Highly recommend!

I don't frequent the Heights due to where I live, but really want to explore more of what it has to offer. Flower Child definitely gives me "Cali Vibes". It's an easy going spot with outside seating and plenty of seating inside. You walk up and order your food, pay and they bring it to you. Being a native Houstonian/Texas Girl, I ordered the Chicken Enchilladas. I did not know what to expect. They were different from any Chicken Enchiladas I've eaten. I was presently surprised. They were very delicious and healthy. Who would have thought Chicken Enchiladas could be topped with fresh herbs and aromatics and be very good. I actually made a happy plate! I left nothing in my bowl "Ate Down" literally. IYKYK. My friend had the Poke Bowl. If you're looking for soul food and fun eats this is not the place. This is on the healthier side of food. I really liked it though. I am definitely going back.

I ordered the Brussels Sprouts & Organic Kale Salad with grilled chicken and WOW!!! This was one of the best salads I’ve had in a long time. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. The sweetness from the apples, grapes, and grapefruit paired so well with the sharpness of the white cheddar and the crunch from the smoked almonds. Adding the grilled chicken took it to another level—it was juicy, flavorful, and made the salad super filling without feeling heavy. The apple cider vinaigrette tied everything together beautifully without overpowering the ingredients. The only thing I would change is to add more vinaigrette but that’s only because I love it! I’ll definitely be ordering this again!

This place is awesome. I really enjoyed all of the healthy menu options that they have available. I ordered the chicken and asparagus dish which was medium price range and the taste was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the sauce that they gave on the side which I’m not sure what it consisted of it was white I think with a dill spice inside of it me and my mom came and ate lunch here and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet atmosphere, not very loud so we were able to talk and hear each other perfectly fine.

Came here with the wife for lunch on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait at all to order. Vibes are really cool and the food was great. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Kabob bowl and it was fantastic. The chicken was very tender and the rice/quinoa was very fluffy. The veggies were perfectly grilled and seasoned. The sauce tied it all in together very well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthy food spot that is also delicious!
