Wow is really all I can say! I have been vegan for 8 years and have never found a vegan sushi spot like this one, or one at all really. The Chef is so talented and a wonderful individual. You can tell he really understands food and flavors, and puts a lot of craft into each item offered. I got 3 different rolls all of them very different from one another and all delicious! Chef hand delivered my order to me and we got to learn a little bit more about him. (Follow him on instagram!) Not only was the food incredible, but the service too! You can tell he truly has a passion for what he does and you taste it in every bite. This isn’t just great VEGAN sushi this is GREAT SUSHI period. My fiancé isn’t vegan and loved everything as well. We were truly blown away with everything from food, to service, to presentation. We drove a little over an hour to come try this place and we will 100% make the trip again. Absolutely recommend and is worth every dollar.

YUM!!!! This place is crazy good. This is by far some of the best sushi I’ve ever had (including non-vegan). My siblings, who aren’t vegan, also really enjoyed all of the rolls. We had the truffle edamame roll, lowkey Loki, classic spicy tuna, lady in red, and the inari. Literally all bangin. My person fav was lady in red. Could not recommend more for vegans and non-vegans alike! Also, the owner is incredibly pleasant and kind. I should’ve gotten his name. Such a sweet human!

Maybe the best vegan sushi at Houston, amazing. Delicious and fresh and healthy. Highly recommended if you crave sushi and you are vegan. I eat them at Menil Park, it was a great perfect lunch. I would love to see they open a location to enjoy these sushi at their spot. However, great that at least you can easily to go and grab your food. Honestly, it’s amazing! Colorful and crunchy, healthy and tasty. No need to eat animals, really, you can enjoy a perfect sushi.

This was my first time here and I was not disappointed! There were so many different textures and flavors in one bite but they were all well balanced and the vegetables were the perfect texture! I'm not vegan or vegetarian but fish doesn't feel necessary in these dishes at all. I got the inari tofu pockets, spicy dragon, and the spicy mami (current fav out of the three). Will definitely order from here again!

The amount of time, care, and artistry that went into each roll is amazing and mind blowing! We drove 45+ minutes to try it and it was totally worth it! This one reviewer said she bodied the sushi in the car because it was too good and we totally understand and did the same! My husband said it was better than fish sushi which he loves and I don’t know how but the watermelon tuna has even more flavor than fish and you don’t have to worry about getting parasites 😋 Also, the chef was THE NICEST and most humble person ever! Definitely give it a try, you’ll be going back for more!
