IIM Vietnamese Eatery is a casual, cafeteria style Vietnamese concept similar to build‑your‑own bowls. They offer customizable bowls, sandwiches, spring rolls, and salads. The owner, Andrew, shared that the menu is built around his family's recipes, which added a personal touch to the experience. We ordered the sandwiches, and while the portion of meat was generous and the overall flavor was solid, the bread was softer than a traditional bánh mì which isn't my preference. The Thai tea had a good level of sweetness but was a bit milky. The space itself was bright and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was a challenge. We had to park about a block away.
All of the food here is fantastic, and everything comes out fresh and full of flavor! The staff is very friendly and super helpful if you have any questions regarding the process. The banh mi and the spring rolls are great, but you truly can’t go wrong with any options! Be sure to get their chimi sauce! It’s delicious!!
We had a great lunch here! The bread for the bahn mi was homemade and the pork was juicy and well-seasoned. There are lots of fresh veggie options to add, even beyond the traditional bahn mi ones. We also had the spring rolls (which I forgot to take a picture of) which were crispy and generous. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. We'll be back.
The Vietnamese food here was absolutely amazing - everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The owner was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can really tell they care about both the food and their customers. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Iim is a great spot for authentic Vietnamese banh mi. The food tastes incredibly fresh, with quality ingredients and great flavors in every bite. The restaurant has a very clean, welcoming atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The location is also super convenient, which makes stopping by quick and easy. Definitely a place I would recommend and will be coming back to!
