Went with 10 people for a birthday party and they did not disappoint. Service was on point and professional. Cocktails were amazing. The chef had a couple special dishes that he served. Everything tasted awesome. 10 people and not one complaint or bad dish.
This restaurant is beautiful and elegant. The food is amazing and I am so happy to spend time here with my family. The service is the best because everyone is very nice, friendly and professional. There is a beautiful fish tank and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The curry chicken is the best I have ever had. My dad even said he was proud of our Vietnamese food culture after eating here. I definitely recommend this place and wholeheartedly love it!!!!
Great ambience, awesome service, and delicious food! This was my first time having pho and I thoroughly enjoyed it! There are add-ons on the side for the pho so you can add basil, chili oil, lemon juice, jalapenos and bean sprouts to suit your palate. The herbal tea had a wonderfully complex sweet and umami flavor that I haven't had elsewhere! The shrimp tempura (ate too fast to take a picture!) was well-seasoned, perfectly crispy on the outside, and cooked just right on the inside. Will definitely come back and try more of the menu!
What a hidden gem in River Oaks! Lotus de Bleu offers a unique take on Northern Vietnamese cuisine with a subtle French influence that makes the menu feel both authentic and elevated. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into both the food and the overall dining experience. Beautiful place will be back!
Got the rare pho, the broth is smooth. Flavor-wise, it’s already delicious how it’s prepped, any additions adds to the flavor. Lemmon grass bahn mi was juicy. Mango sticky rice was the cherry on top! Picked up for takeout and the staff and owner were very welcoming.
