Xeoyum may only be in their soft opening phase, but they are already firing on all cylinders. Honestly, if I had to wait 20–30 minutes for a table, it would have been worth every single second. I thought it was that good. The banh xeo was absolute perfection. Just as insanely crispy on the outside as SM says… perfectly cooked inside, and served with a massive, vibrant spread of super fresh herbs. Ordered spring rolls and a cold, fresh coconut juice. On top of the outstanding food, the service was wonderfully attentive, friendly, and quick. Despite being in soft launch, everything came out seamlessly with zero delays. I’m already craving my next visit. Xeoyum is easily going to become a favorite spot. Do not sleep on this place!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and workers greeted us as we walked in. Very accommodating and the food was good. The Bo Ne was a stand out for me. The infamous Banh Xeo was also good but a little on the oiler side, but that’s what you sacrifice for crispy banh xeo. Lots of filling included too. Expect a little wait and come earlier to make sure they aren’t sold out (we came during soft opening though).

The bánh xèo and bánh khọt were absolutely outstanding! Both were perfectly crispy with an amazing crunch and incredible flavor in every bite. These dishes alone are worth coming back for, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for them. The bò né was also delicious and packed with great flavor. While a few menu items weren’t available yet, they’re still in their soft opening phase, so that’s completely understandable. I’m excited to return and try more of their offerings as they continue to expand their menu. We arrived around 10:30 AM on a Sunday and were seated right away. By the time we left, the restaurant was completely full, a great sign of how popular it’s already becoming! Despite the growing crowd, the service was friendly and attentive. It’s wonderful to finally have an authentic Vietnamese restaurant nearby. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Be patient as they work through the normal soft-opening adjustments it is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back! 🇻🇳🥢✨

Saw this place all over social media and realized I hadn’t had Bánh Xèo in a long time, so I had to check it out. Parking is a bit limited, and the restaurant was pretty busy. We waited about 10–15 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t bad considering it was crowded. I came mainly for the Bánh Xèo and Bánh Khọt, but we also ordered the Vietnamese fish sauce wings as an appetizer. The Bánh Xèo was exactly what I was hoping for—crispy on the outside with bean sprouts, juicy shrimp, and crispy pork belly inside. The turmeric and coconut milk batter had great flavor. They also served it with a generous plate of fresh herbs, lettuce, and vegetables. Honestly, the Bánh Xèo and Bánh Khọt looked so good that I completely forgot to take a picture of the herbs and vegetable platter before we started eating. Wrapping the Bánh Xèo in the lettuce with the fresh herbs and dipping it into the nước chấm hit for me good —it was so fresh and flavorful. The Bánh Khọt was also excellent, with large shrimp and plenty of scallions mixed into the batter. The wings were decent too. You get six pieces, and they made for a good appetizer. My only real complaint is that I wish they offered fresh chopped Thai chilies to mix into the nước chấm. They only had sriracha and sambal, which worked, but it’s just not the same. The nước chấm itself was good, although I personally prefer mine with a little more umami. Since it was their soft opening, things felt a little hectic, which is understandable. I’m sure they’ll smooth things out as they settle in. The menu could also use some improvements—weird they didn’t list the prices of the Banh Xeo and Banh knot but everything else was priced, and some of the descriptions were pretty broad. Overall, the staff was friendly, the food hit the spot, and I left full and happy. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving Bánh Xèo again.

We came back into town to visit family, and this new spot was on our list of places to check out. Since they are still in their "soft opening" phase, my review is mainly for the food. We all should expect a few bumps here and there due to new operations and crew. Overall, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive to requests, and working hard. Banh Xeo: 5/5 - perfectly crispy with juicy pork belly, shrimp, and fresh crisp veggies. Banh Khot: 4/5 - semi-crispy and delicious but could use a bit more coconut flavor and less banh in the center to make it more crispy. Kids loved it though! Bo Ne: 5/5 - tender and flavorful. Loved adding the mini-tomatoes and perfectly cooked onions. Tip: Pre-order 1 extra bread loaf so it comes out with the dish. Com Thịt Nướng: 4/5 - flavorful but smaller portion than most spots. Our son enjoyed it with an added egg loaf. Should consider adding broken rice as an option in future. Shrimp Fried Rice: 4/5 - jumbo shrimp cooked perfectly. They added masago to the dish, which gave it a nice crunch and flavor. Pho: 4.5/5 - very tasty and hit the spot! Surprised, as most venues that have large menus typically don't get the pho right. Not as good as Pho Sapa but still legit. The overall decor of the venue was nicely done. We will return next time we visit.
