Xeo Yum must be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their new location is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We came in the evening for dinner and were greeted right away and got seated. We started off with gio cuon (fresh spring rolls) and it was delightful with fresh herbs, and the meat was marinated to perfection. I had Banh Xeo Saigon with no shrimp. I asked for extra pork belly instead. I love the banh xeo here, the crepe is thin and crispy! My husband had the Pho Dac Biet, which he always gets when he comes to Xeo Yum. He loves the pho here! Overall, good experience and the food are phenomenal. Cannot wait to come back and try different things from their menu!

My friends from out of town heard about this place! The food was top notch, traditional style. Received it...timely, hot and delicious! The only semi-negative experience was the parking which is really out of their control. They say park at fast food next door who says they will tow you. Look at that place before you park. Even across the street in the shopping center parking lot. We went on a weekend and it wasn't that bad. Amazing place!

JlWe were finally able to eat here since the Re Opening. And it was well worth the wait. The Oxtail Pho was phenomenal.The broth needed no additional sauces. I could have eaten just the way it came to our table..I added tendons along with it and just like the oxtail l,they were super tender. There is no number high enough to rate the bowl. The banh khot, that crispness combined with the flavor of the batter and the shrimp. No words for how great the taste was. Grilled Pork spring Rolls The freshness in the veggies made every bite so savoring. Even my Thai green tea was so delicious. The whole meal in one word. PERFECTION. Cannot wait to go again. And for the full opening. So I can doordash as well Even with doordash in the past the food was still fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and workers greeted us as we walked in. Very accommodating and the food was good. The Bo Ne was a stand out for me. The infamous Banh Xeo was also good but a little on the oiler side, but that’s what you sacrifice for crispy banh xeo. Lots of filling included too. Expect a little wait and come earlier to make sure they aren’t sold out (we came during soft opening though).

Xeoyum may only be in their soft opening phase, but they are already firing on all cylinders. Honestly, if I had to wait 20–30 minutes for a table, it would have been worth every single second. I thought it was that good. The banh xeo was absolute perfection. Just as insanely crispy on the outside as SM says… perfectly cooked inside, and served with a massive, vibrant spread of super fresh herbs. Ordered spring rolls and a cold, fresh coconut juice. On top of the outstanding food, the service was wonderfully attentive, friendly, and quick. Despite being in soft launch, everything came out seamlessly with zero delays. I’m already craving my next visit. Xeoyum is easily going to become a favorite spot. Do not sleep on this place!
