Dry Force was called to assist in drying my home after a ruptured toilet caused water damage. They responded within 24 hours and had equipment out within that time frame. The assessor even helped me submit the claim to my insurance. With all the equipment in my home the breaker tripped multiple times. Dry force said my breaker was the issue. So an electrician was called twice, each time the electrician stated my breaker was not the issue. I called at least 10 times over 3 days about my breaker tripping and other appliances being affected. With the last trip of my breaker. My 4 year old HVAC compressor went out. My home was 99F or higher during the day and night. Only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. I even had a tech come to my home at 3am because it was so unbearable with the heat. This technician from fry force said he could turn the equipment down but my home was still uncomfortably hot. The next day a tech came to remove all the equipment and stated that it was too much equipment in the first place!! I was in completely done with dry force at this point. I called the company that set up my HVAC to see what was going on. They said my HVAC failure was due to the compressor which was caused from the constant break tripping. I contacted Dry Force and have been given the run around about this. Not to mention the billing department contacting me about payment after I have email them several times that my insurance was covering this and to please contact my insurance. Only for them to say they have not reached the adjuster or we are sending this to you and the adjuster. The email only has me as the receiver on it. So this I can not verify. Finally got someone to come out but accord to him it’s not clear if dry force caused damage or not. To fix the compress is another 2k after they have charged my insurance over 7k for a job not well done and that caused additional damages to my home. Not to mention the mold found in the cut out by my contract which was supposed to be treated by dry force. This process has been an absolute nightmare!! I would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!

Very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to share information. Micah actually recommended no dry out services for my issue; stated it would be taking advantage of me as the amount of damage did not warrant dry out services. Instead, he referred me to a handy man service who could remove the wet Sheetrock and replace it for less money and damage to my home. It’s rare to find a company or person who puts the true needs of the customer ahead of their bottom line. I highly recommend Micah and Dry Force. I will call them again in the future for any water issues in my home. The review questions don’t provide choices that apply to this review. Micah provided Very thorough inspection services for me. I was not charged for those services.

Brian Terry was a great help. He did a very very thorough inspection of the damaged area. And explained everything that needed to be done and what I needed to tell insurance. Brian really eased my mind about the process. Jordan and Anthony also did great jobs with the drying mitigation and made sure I scheduled whatever was needed.

We had an excellent experience with the Dry Force Mitigation Consultant... Brian Terry. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. He took the time to review our insurance documentswith us, asked thoughtful questions to fully understand the issue, and clearly explained what to expect throughout the process. He walked us through the next steps for demolition and dry-out, making sure we understood the timeline and what would happen at each stage. He explained that he will be point of and can help at any point. His patience, honesty, and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. Highly recommend Dry Force for anyone dealing with water damage.

I cannot say enough good things about Dry Force Water Removal Specialists. From the moment I reached out even late into the evening ,they responded promptly and showed up ready to work the next morning . That alone spoke volumes about their commitment to their clients. The technician conducted a thorough inspection of our facility with professionalism and care. What impressed me most was his integrity: he found no evidence of mold and, rather than upsell unnecessary services, he simply advised us to clean our AC air ducts and have our pest control company come in. He refused to charge for what wasn’t there. In today’s world, that level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. Beyond his technical expertise, he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through exactly what to watch for going forward.
