Houston Restore Pros provided exceptional service during the repairs to my home after water damage. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. Ben, the contractor, stood out with his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and expertise throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions, explain each step, and ensure the repairs were completed to a high standard. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend Houston Restore Pros to anyone needing reliable restoration and repair services

Highly recommend Houston Restore Pros. They did an excellent job to get back to normality when we had an accidental water leak. They responded quickly after calling them working until 3:30 a.m. to remove the damage and start the drying process. Excellent professional service from Ben the project manager managing all aspects of the project resulting in being able to move back home in 8 short weeks. Josue did great work with the painting work and installation of baseboards and doors. Don did excellent work laying the luxury vinyl plank flooring. All workers that we encountered were professional and great people to know. Again, if you need restorative services, please use them.

We had an amazing experience with Houston Restore Pros after our home was flooded. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Ben was wonderful to work with—he kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. The quality of the rebuild exceeded our expectations, and our home finally feels like home again. We’re so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. If you ever need restoration or rebuild services, I highly recommend Houston Restore Pros!

Houston Restore Pros was amazing. My upstairs bathroom flooded due to a plumbing problem. I called HRP at 5 AM for water removal and they arrived a few hours later. At the time, I did not know they did restoration / rebuild. After researching them, I agreed to have them to the rebuild. The project manager, Ben, was excellent to work with. He help me understand the process, communicated often, and work with my insurance. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend HRB.
