cannot say enough good things about my experience working with PuroClean of West Houston. From start to finish, they were absolutely excellent to work with during what could have been an incredibly stressful time. The crew arrived promptly, completed the demolition quickly and cleanly, and transitioned straight into the rebuild phase without any unnecessary delays. Thanks to their timely work and attention to detail, my house is now completely put back together and looks even better than ever. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, and highly skilled team to handle restoration work, look no further than PuroClean of West Houston!

Augustine Isidienu did a thorough check for mold in my room that I canceled 2 more companies to come and inspect . I was really impressed by his competence and I decided on the spot to go with him. He sent a team to clean every spot of the room. I meant literally every inch they cleaned. I felt so relieved and safe to use that room again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You and your team are the kindest and most competent who really care. Thank you.

I genuinely love working with PuroClean of West Houston. If you’re dealing with water damage, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, or any kind of emergency property damage, this is the team you want on your side. Morales and the crew are top-tier—professional, responsive, and they truly care about doing the job right. They make a stressful situation feel manageable from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that combines expert restoration services, reliability, and genuine customer care like this. I’d confidently recommend them to homeowners, property managers, and anyone needing damage restoration services done right the first time.

Broken water heater flooded my 2,700 sq ft home. Augustine talks a good game none of it is true. They worked one day a week for 2 1/2 months and demo is still unfinished. At the onset “demo will take 11 days” and that’s true but they only work one day a week and in the meantime leave you hanging to pursue other jobs! Myriad excuses but the most used is “takes a week to get a new dumpster”. There were times one man worked alone. Augustine flat outlied to the insurance company and my public adjuster saying demo was complete three weeks ago. Finally had to fire him Friday and hire someone to finish the mess he left. Wet insulation still in place, furniture still in the house, 3 disconnected toilets still there and nails all over the floor. Stairs that sustained the greatest water damage are still not removed over 2 months later. There is Sheetrock in my garden beds and all over the lawn. Zero supervision and pays the actual workers (who are very nice) a pittance and keeps them hopping from new job yo new job never finishing. I could go on and on. My neighbors were furious when full dumpsters spent week after week in the driveway. I had several warnings from HOA regarding abandoned dumpsters and Sheetrock everywhere. If you want a smooth talker who will leave you in the lurch while promising the moon, Augustine is your guy. They start out great for the first few days so you are fooled. Then because he’s so nice you believe the excuses. People please, please heed my advise and go elsewhere and I mean ANYWHERE besides Puroclean of West Houston.Feel free to message me for photos of 64 days of demolition. These were taken yesterday, 3 weeks after he asked the insurance company for payment for a completed demolition. And by the way, after I gave him three days to finish before I hired someone else. This was his best result apparently.
