We recently had a water leak at one of our rental properties and needed help quickly. From the very beginning, Wendi at Rapid Response Remediation took charge and was with me every step of the way. Water damage is not something most of us deal with every day, and it can be stressful trying to understand what is happening and what needs to be done. Wendi was always available for a phone call, explained everything in plain English, kept me updated on any changes, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Jesus was our technician, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He was professional, courteous, and always willing to answer questions. It was obvious that he cared about doing the job properly and making a difficult situation easier for us.
