Very pleased with this company and the great job they did on our office window tinting. David Johnson was the Installer and wow, what a great guy. He showed up on time, works fast, extremely organized, meticulous work, and super clean as he pulled off the old tint and installed the new. He was also very clear with instructions on taking care of the new tint. I cannot say enough good things about David or the company.

Had a great install from David Johnson and Mike Baird for security film on my house. You can hardly tell that there is calking on the windows the security film. Ted was the sales rep and helped me make the best choices for my house and they gave me a better price than other companies I had quote. I was very happy and even the slight issues we had they are resolving. I can’t recommend them enough

Working with American Window Film in Houston has been an excellent experience. This was our third attempt to find a contractor who could deliver what we needed, after two previous companies failed to meet expectations. AWF provided commercial office building services, installing frosted window film on our conference rooms and select offices at our corporate location. The quoting process was seamless. Brett arrived promptly for the site visit and delivered a written proposal the same day—a pleasant surprise, as we expected at least 1–2 business days for coordination with the materials supplier. Once our leadership team gave the go-ahead, Brett and his Operations Manager, James, scheduled installation in less than two weeks. I especially appreciated receiving a confirmation call from a live person (not an automated system or AI Chatbot) the business day before, to review details and prepare for the technician’s arrival. Fernando, the installer, was professional, efficient, and with the help and coordination between him, Brett, and James, they even accommodated a small addition to the scope of work on the same day. Pricing was very reasonable, and AWF has been easy to work with during this first phase of our office design. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction stands out. While we noted a few minor corrections needed from the initial install, AWF assured us these will be addressed during the next phase phase of work. We look forward to continuing our partnership for the next round of film installation. Thank you, American Window Film!

We had American Window Film install privacy film in some areas and 3M heat-reduction film in others. David Dávila was great to work with and explained the options clearly.l!!!! The installation crew was just a solo peeps. (Small job - so understandable) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything professionally. Great clean up too! The finished product looks great, and the heat-reduction film has already made a noticeable difference. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend American Window Film. We will be getting a bunch more applied (the heat reduction film ) to additional windows in a few month. David was 100% correct on what a difference it makes inside..
