I hired Ulises Vasquez with Total Window Tinting to install ceramic window tint on my truck and paid over $800 for the job because it was specifically represented as ceramic film. After the installation, I began having issues with the quality of the tint and the workmanship. When I started looking into the film that was installed, it raised serious concerns about whether the product installed was actually ceramic tint as advertised. When I contacted Ulises about the problems, he agreed to come back and correct the installation and scheduled a time to fix it. He never showed up and completely stopped responding. Because the work was never corrected, I had to get another professional tint shop to evaluate the vehicle and provide an estimate to remove the existing film and reinstall proper ceramic tint, which is costing me additional money out of pocket. What makes this worse is that the job was sold as ceramic tint, which is significantly more expensive than standard film. Customers paying for ceramic tint should expect to receive the actual ceramic product they were promised and professional installation. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to verify the film brand being installed, request documentation of the product, and get everything in writing before paying. *Only partial picture upload. Enough to show most the defects. I didn’t get pictures of the condition the truck was left in but n the interior.

I had tint installed on my living room windows and master bedroom windows. The tint looked great and it reduced the sunlight in the rooms. They were on time, professional, and clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for business! The first and second photo is before. Third and fourth is after.

I deleted my original review after Ulises told me he’d make it right if ai took it down. However, we were then given excuse after excuse and no show after reschedules on his end repeatedly. There was around 5 times he said he’d come and either something came up that I had to call him and ask why he wasn’t here, or he simply didn’t respond or show up, like yesterday. I am very disappointed that he doesn’t stand by his work. I have been nothing but patient, kind, and understanding, only to once again be fooled and ignored. Original review: We had our garage door, front door, and bathroom window tinted. Immediately after install, we noticed bubbles while he was there that he said would go away. He came back once to address the issue but it happened again shortly after. He now hasn't responded to messages since beginning January, had said he was out of town, and now no more responses despite sending a couple texts. Very poor customer service.

Ulysses did a good job but should have taken a bit more time to ensure his quality. Was also impressed with his ability to communicate well. Very much liked that he called the day before to reconfirm our appointment. He showed up on time. He had to come back out to fix the front windows and did an okay job. I would definitely go with another shop to ensure the window cuts are correct and avoid cutting of the weather stripping on one window and not saying anything to me.

Stay away from this company! Ulysis was very unprofessional. The work itself was subpar. We had a window tint installed and he gave us a quote in the $400s for 3 windows over the phone. When he came to show us the film he then said the reflective film that we really wanted actually costs more and it would $800. We should have asked around more but had trusted him then coz he said that’s how they usually cost. I found out after the fact that other companies’ prices would not change no matter which type of film you choose. Ulysis also did not give me a receipt whatsoever even after I had txted and called him several times for it. He just kept saying he will send it as soon as he gets back to his office. It just proved our suspicions more that he just ripped us off. Finally, there was a streak on the window after the installation and I called him about it and he said it would disappear after a few days. A week had passed and it was still there and he then he said it would it usually takes about 1-2 weeks. Well it took a 2 months for it to completely disappear but he never responded to any texts after that anymore. There were good reviews on this company that I had based my reason for choosing them in the first place but I should have checked the bad ones too coz they had truthfully reflected Ulysis and this company’s work ethic
